Movement Zone and Silver Tops are fabulous. I bless the day Silver Tops began. As well as keeping us fit and our brains challenged and functioning well, our classes are fun. Sarah is such a professional and it is like a huge family. Dancing is my joy and passion and the best way to stay happy !!!

I have had the most wonderful time here at movement zone. In fact I enjoy it so much that I attend twice a week. Sarah is a phenomenal teacher and her classes are fun, therapeutic (I haveParkinsons) and we laugh all the time. Socially I have met some great people also. Sarah (Sas) runs such a wonderful dance studio at Movement Zone. It's always fun, fun, fun and positivity. Kids, teens & adults have heaps of fun learning new techniques and routines. Highly recommend Movement Zone and the endless energy that Sas brings to her classes.

Absolutely love the hip hop intermediate class with Sass! Its a fun filled class where we all come together to have an amazing time dancing, creating and learning together. 10/10 recommend!

Sas is the bomb. She has so much energy and passion for Movement Zone. Her adult classes are such fun - it's like dancing as if nobody's watching...together! But Movement Zone is more than a dance studio - it's a community. And that's all Sas. Her business is clearly her life - because there's so much life in her business.
