This pub is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly it really made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavour and beautifully presented. We had the lamb rump and the gnocchi.The whole place has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. Plus, it’s set in such a stunning location surrounded by nature and charm. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

We just had a great experience at the pub! The burger and chicken parmi were top-notch. We asked if they could cut the burger in half so we could share, and they were happy to accommodate our request. The patty was nice and juicy - although the beetroot wasn't my favourite addition. The chicken was real and crispy, and the whole place had a great vibe. The staff were friendly and easy-going, and the cleanliness was impressive. Highly recommended! One thing to note is that the prices are about 5-10% higher than other pubs for similar dishes, but it's definitely worth it - 5 out of 5 stars from this critic.

Quite possibly the most delicious minestrone soup I have ever had, nor could ever hope to have, at this pub. Delicious food, warm and inviting staff, expensive wine list and the open fire was just the perfect place to be in front of on a cold night.

Dinner Saturday night, was freezing cold. Brown chairs & food was disappointing. Gnocchi tastes like rubber & could not chew tough chicken (or whatever it was)
Never again!!
Service was great - I suppose we have to be grateful for one thing

Sat under the magnificent oak tree on a balmy Saturday night. All the meals were delicious and came out reasonably quickly, the lamb rump was a standout. Good selection of local beers on tap. Plenty of space for the kids to run around with lots of king parrots and a donkey next door. Dog friendly too

It took a bit longer than I expected for our food to be ready, about an hour but the quality was good. The outdoor area is nice, but if it’s a sunny day, you might get a little sunburnt as the big umbrellas don’t fully cover the whole table

A beaut pub with fantastic food and above and beyond service - the beer was fresh and the pizzas were excellent. All staff encountered were caring and attentive - we were really impressed and will definitely visit again.
