So much information and very welcoming and friendly staff. You can also buy the soft drink that is made locally in Mt Gambier. My daughter loved the blue lemonade as it turned her mouth blue! Good walk through for kids with a bit on history about the place.

A beautiful place with welcoming staff. Andy is a star. He’s quite knowledgeable and gives you all information such as visit plans, suggestions and recommendations about places to visit, and any national parka closed due to fire bans. This place has lovely ornaments such as fridge magnets that represent the local heritage.
Plenty of parking available.

I have started going to information centers each new place I travel to and they are amazing, Mount Gambier did not disappoint. Lovely lady came up to me and produced a large map and circled all the places I should go to during my stay. Got some good brochures too. Had a back room showing video of caves and walkway to get there was amazing. Thanks everyone for your efforts, knowledge and patience. Can't be an easy job but you certainly do it well.

One of the best visitor centres we have visited. The staff were friendly, very busy but not at all rushed to move you along. They have a discovery centre ? Where you can learn all.about the area first settlers, volcano and cave systems. The replica of the lady nelson. It was worth the visit.
