We stayed here for one night prior to visiting Mayfield Gardens. We booked last minute and got the last available room for that night, which was a double room.||We found the proprieter both friendly and helpful, both when booking over the phone and upon arrival, and she was most accommodating when we arrived early hopeful of checking in (as it was a cold and wet day in Oberon and we just wanted to unpack and relax a bit).||The room we had was absolutely tiny but spotlessly clean and the bathroom was obviously newly done and impressive for the way it made the most of the available space. It was also spotlessly clean and my shower this morning had much better water pressure than I've had in many other country motels. Actually, the bathroom experience was far superior to most other country motels I've stayed in.||It was freezing cold yesterday and last night but the aircon in our room kept us warm enough, so we were happy. The bed, although a double, was very comfortable and we slept very well.||It is a motel that doesn't offer breakfast or a restaurant, but that's ok - it keeps the prices low and it is just minutes from the centre of town, where there are plenty of places to eat.||Overall, it was a comfortable stay and for very reasonable prices. We liked the touch of different coloured doors for the various rooms!

Really, really nice motel. Older building, and not huge but nicely and recently modernised with new furniture/styles and beds. We had a 3 person two room kitchen apartment upstairs and kids loved it, nice view over Township and hills. Staff were really nice and definately have that extra care and detail to give guests a pleasant stay.

Very clean and tidy , really great staff, we were late for check in but they helped us with alternate. Location and ambience of stay is aesthetic.

Quiet location only 5 min drive to town & cafes. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Ramps make it easy to access luggage from car to room.

Hotel rooms were so clean and tidy, and spacious. The bathroom fit out was surprisingly fresh, with a full rain shower / ceiling shower, which was a nice touch. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The room was lovely and clean, beds comfy, everything you would hope for from a motel.
The service at the hotel went above and beyond, making sure our room was heated before arrival and even helped to drive some fellow guests to the wedding nearby when they missed the coach.
The shower was also worth special mention for its high pressure and supreme heat

Great little motel! Clean, comfortable and close to town. Can’t fault it really. The only letdown was the fact the motel advertised “a restaurant” on site. After a long drive from Sydney and bushwalking, was disappointed. Fairly easy getting into town, plenty of options.
