Lovely quaint motel, very clean well equipped rooms at a reasonable price. Showers nice and hot.
Good size pool.

Stayed here in 2022, loved it! Great little motel, the room was comfy! Excellent value for money. Wonderful vibe, lovely staff, the heart of the township is just a ten minute walk away. Would definitely stay there again!

I was a Tired, Weary Traveller, and found a Great place for a good nights rest. Rooms are Ideal, quiet location, TV, A/C, Queen Bed, Shower & toilet, mini fridge. Ideal for a good restorative sleep. I recommend this Motel Kempsey.

Just needed a room and a shower after a long travelling day. Room (standard) was adequate and perfectly clean. Very good supplies including crockery, cutlery, and toiletries. Quiet and warm.

Yeah, it's OK. No frills accommodation at an appropriate price. You will need to go into town for dinner so you will need to drive.
The accommodation is superficially clean and tidy but it needs some attention to details.

A little dated but:
- Very clean rooms
- Ample parking
- Friendly staff and can’t do enough for you
- Easy access
- Has toaster, microwave, iron etc
- Very good value for money!

Handy location. Very helpful and efficient owner. I booked directly as all sites were showing no availability but got a great room, which was very clean. Also the bathroom, though not modernized, was very comfortable with good hot water and nice shower. All amenities were there. Black out curtains were a bit worn and had a few small holes. Slept very well in comfy Q bed.

If you're going to charge almost $300 per night you need to fix up the furnishings in the room. If you charge a luxury price please provide some luxury.

The Bathroom was very narrow for almost $300 per night. The lounge was dirty and needs a clean too.

There was rubbish outside our window which looks like it's been there a while in the long grass. The trucks going past our window were noisy too.

In comparison on our Vacation we stayed in luxury (Sunshine Coast and Brisbane City) for almost half the price this Motel charged us.

So don't price gouge or take advantage when accommodation is harder to come by.
