Extremely Happy!! We engaged Kate from Mosman Travel to help us with our trip to Vietnam. Nothing was too much trouble, especially since we changed things quite a few times. The trip was amazing!!! The itinerary perfect for what we wanted. This was a perfect example of why travel agents are still needed in 2020. Our family recently returned from a ski trip in the USA and used Kate from Mosman travel to assist with the booking.
We wouldn't normally use a travel agent, but we felt an agent might be useful to help navigate international borders while COVID continued to threaten travel plans. Using Kate and Mosman travel was the best thing we did.
Kate and her team worked tirelessly to update us on travel restrictions and was on call to make booking adjustments while we dealt with COVID compliance tests.

Sharyn provided excellent service, in her level of communication, particularly when flights were cancelled, her resourcefulness in getting flights we wanted and rebooking flights when cancelled in a timely manner, she ensured refunds were paid and provided great comfort during uncertain times.

I recently had to travel to the UK following the death of my mother. Desperate to get home under such emotionally challenging circumstances & aware of the limited flight availability due to travel restrictions, I contacted the team at Mosman Travel. Their service was outstanding! Not only did they find me flights, they treated me with compassion and continued to search for better return flight options throughout my time in the UK. They were in constant contact with me via email, updating me on the Covid requirements of airlines & countries & eventually confirming a perfect return flight on Qatar Airways. The entire team were professional & compassionate & made a very challenging trip, a whole lot easier. Particular thanks to Natalie, Nicole & Sharyn for a great team effort.
