Would not recommend. We were staying at the caravan park and walked down for dinner. $27 for schnitzel that was definitely intended as a kids meal. One piece of cucumber in the salad. Lucky to have 10 chips. Mushroom sauce was not great. Beer nearly $10 a schooner for dry and was warm.

Perfect spot for some great pub grub, a cold beer, and a brilliant view. Doggies allowed, playground for the kids, loads of shade and sunshine on the riverfront. We will be off looking for the oyster shop after lunch then back to Tuross Heads - awesome

Very disappointing. The pub had next to no patrons in it and we waited over 1.5 hours for our food. We ordered before other people who were receiving their food first. The food when it was brought out was cold and horrible. We shall not be returning. I would absolutely not recommend to anyone! If I could rate 0 for a star I would.

This place is absolutely filthy! Kitchen staff were swearing which our children could hear, it was appalling. We could see into the kitchen from the counter, and it was disgusting. Such a shame as the location is beautiful. The health inspector obviously hasn't visited lately! You couldn't pay me to go back here!

My feedback is consistent with other people feedback.

The warning at the door does make sense - “Dogs are welcome (people tolerated).
Dogs never complains about food and always happy unlike spoilt humans.

Check out how my overpriced medium-rare stake looks like. It was hard to eat at is was absolutely rare!

Took ages to arrive even seems not busy at all.
Never again!
Great views so this place can substantial room for improvement!

Leaving the good location(next to river) and the good views if you do get a room facing the waterfront everything else was disappointing. The rooms were ok but the fixtures including the switches, fridge, kettle, cabinets are all due for maintenance. The carpets were moist which made us worry about mould infestation and the room smelled a bit damp. We tried the aircon on the 1st day and since the air was smelling awkward decided to keep it off for the rest of the stay. The shower and restroom were very small and the shower curtain was a joke as was leaking water right on to the carpet. The worst part of the stay was the loud music they played on Boxing Day all the way up to 1.30 am in the night. Would recommend to stay away until they do a major overhaul of the rooms and the facilities.

Staff were ok, the location is lovely but has no fence for the water and the food was horrible. Food took forever to arrive, looked weird and tasted worse. Pictures of the kids pizza, the underside of burnt garlic bread and the beef and bacon burger, which was dry, burnt and tasted odd. The restaurant also ran out of fish and chips 🧐
