Great ferry service to get from
Mortlake and Putney easily

Very nice & unique experience and interesting way to cross Parramatta river from Inner west to Greater Ryde. Putney park is right next to the Putney Ferry terminal. Try to be the first 3 if you want to see the views (filming) while crossing, or just ride a bike 😉

As a local who sometimes travels up north. I find the Mortlake Ferry to be very convenient. The only thing you have to be wary of are the times!

This is a good random thing to do in Sydney, you can walk on or drive on. There are some waterfront walks and parks on either side. If you get the timing right it can be a fast option across the river but more likely I would recommend it only for the novelty.
