Great place to find a pair of uggs or warm gloves or even a sheep skin. The shop assistant was very friendly and accommodated with me, bringing in my wife's slipper to find the right size ugg for a surprise present. Nice little museum on the side as well with some sheep history. Also had a little bumblebee statue, which made my son super proud to get a photo in front of. Great place, and I would go back.

I’ve had my uggs for almost 2 years (right) and my partner just bought his first this week (left).

We LOVE our uggs; they’re well made, comfortable, and keep your feet (and ankles) warm. The bitza’s are iconic and unique.

I’m a pretty clumsy person, but the protector spray they sell has kept my uggs clean and stain free for 2 years so far.

The staff have been absolutely amazing both times we’ve been to the Mortel’s Sheepskin Factory. It’s always busy but they’re still welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The staff are knowledgeable about the uggs, and happy to help answer any questions you have. It’s great that they’ll promptly come and assist with sizing when you start trying uggs on; if they’re not confident it’s the right fit, they’ll grab other sizes for you to try until you’ve got the right size.

If you’re considering getting ugg boots, then I highly recommend getting Mortel’s uggs.

A 100% Aussie company run by true Aussie people, I recommend to take the tour and see how their Uggs are all hand made. Tony, Stephanie and Olivia have an infectious energy that carries through to all employees, from factory to shop to Cafe.

Great Aussie made sheepskin boots! Love them. Bonus is the clean cafe, nice menu and facilities , plenty of parking. Restaurant relaxed atmosphere , friendly staff. Food is served to the table , but orders taken at counter- so rated 4 star. Otherwise 5 stars if orders taken at table. It's a rare thing these days and my preference is for full table service makes dining out experience perfect along with great food.
