The worst service and experience. Boss and workers were extremely rude, everything we asked for was not there. It was extremely strict and hard to be comfortable. Felt like we were being watched constantly and judged for dancing with family. For a venue and event that was supposed to be private beautiful celebration turned into an uncomfortable strict night. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely rude stricted hostile service our family was riped off by this venue and business owner interjecting herself into our private celebration. I would definitely not recommend this venue for so many reasons did not get anything that was paid for.

Calling people useless they had no idea is down right rude. Especially when he is saying about people you know.

Party pies sausage rolls and cheap nuggets brought from Cole’s is not catering. That’s what you serve at kids parties not someone’s engagement party.no class at all and very rude.

Mark and I had our wedding reception at Moonbar Moments and it was absolute perfection! Mel and Gavin were easy to talk to and work with, and they thought of every little detail. They went above and beyond and we were both so happy with them as a wedding venue! Thank you Mel and Gavin for all that you did for us, we so appreciate you! We highly recommend them as a venue.
