I was referred to Kat via a friend. I'm based in San Francisco and needed to throw a small corporate event in Los Angeles for "LA Tech Week" in 2023 for about 50 people. Kat was able to help me secure a fantastic venue and coordinate catering. She was extremely hospitable and attentive to our guests. Additionally, Kat played a key role in coordinating the theming and decorations, making our event stand out from others during tech week. It was a pleasure working with Kat. You can tell that she really enjoys event planning and has turned it into a art form. She was consistently responsive, promptly answering my messages, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process. I highly recommend her services!

I worked with a lovely gal named Kat (I think she's the owner of Moon Bunny Events?). She got me a perfect venue for my private themed party. I was specific with my requests (approximately 100 guests, needs lots of deco for a costume themed party, I don't have sound gear, etc.) and I also mentioned that my event coordinator cancelled on me last minute! 🙁

Kat understood my situation and basically held my hand through the whole entire process and gave me a very accurate quote. I got the venue through her and she offered to do the decorations to my themed specs. The place was BEAUTIFUL. When I showed up, I didn't expect it to look so magical. The sound system she got me was very well priced (below retail) and the sound engineer that came with it tuned the sound perfectly. Finally, Kat also offered to be the event coordinator and she ran the entire event for me! All I had to do was enjoy my time. She gave me periodic reports or questions regarding certain issues but she basically 'man-handled' any problems that came up and so most of the texts were along the lines of: "Oh this happened and this is what I did to fix it." She's an angel and pro af! Money well spent and 12/10 would hire them again for anything from venues, to deco, to sound/lights, to even managing/coordinating the entire freaking event!

Kat is an amazing event planner. I’ve worked with her on various events for years and she’s always super friendly and helpful.

Whenever we need help finding a tool, getting a prop, changing a set or printing a backdrop, she always helps us find a solution right away (and with no extra charge)!

She’s also incredibly caring and thoughtful, and one time she helped my crew found 40 chairs out of the blue for an event. Not only did she find and carry all the chairs, she also cleaned them and mostly set them up by herself.

I can’t think of another event planner that’s more helpful, and highly recommend Kat and Moon Bunny Events!
