Absolutely recommend Monaro Fly Fishing to visit and stay. Set in an idyllic natural bush setting. Not only expert fly fishing tuition provided by the host, but iconic Australian flora and fauna in abundance, roos, wallabies, wombats and even platypus. Unique destination for sure.

If you are an avid fly fisherman you must include monaro fly fishing on your bucket list. Year round blue ribbon streams not affected by drought providing 2 klms of fishing shoreline - protected from the wind. Waterfalls, deep pools and a guide (Chris) who really knows his stuff. The accommodation is around 400m from the privately owned fishing streams and did i mention the incredible food? Probably the best i have tasted anywhere. Highly recommended.

Best fly fishing experience ever! If you want to get away to a private location - dedicated to premium fly fishing waters year round - then look no further. Chris really knows all about fly fishing - and the tips and techniques are very valuable. The private lodge is only 1/2 k from the private waters which are well protected from the winds. We caught several brown trout - had some incredible meals in a really comfortable accommodation. Talk to Chris or drop him a message - highly recommended.

Wonderful weekend at Monaro Fly Fishing. Absolutely beautiful property, loved every minute of it. Amazing hosts, breathtaking scenery, the Aussie bush at its best. Well worth the money, every single cent. Highly recommend it
