We had a relaxing stay at Modesc in Timboon. The town was easy to walk around and had something for everyone. The house and property was lovely- private, clean, stylish and comfortable with well kept grounds. We left some valuables behind and Anya called me immediately to let us know which was much appreciated.

A lovely place to stay when we needed a retreat. Timboon is a nice, quiet place to stay, but Modesc adds the luxury, surroundings and facilities to enjoy the trip to the full. Located in town, but nicely set apart from other houses. Walking distance to nature and the local shops.
I've already recommended it to others.

Modesc was the perfect place to getaway and have some quiet downtime, whilst having everything you could need either in the house or walking distance from the property. Loved the decor and there’s a lovely outdoor area including a deck and a fire pit. Anya and Shaun were wonderful hosts and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely go again!

Anya & Shaun place was stunning. Such a relaxing vista with native birds to feed. The bed was super comfy. The second bedroom had two really big beds as well which kept the kids happy. Location in town is brilliant it's close walking distance to the shops, pool, pub and ice creamery. Very relaxing place 🙂

We had an amazing stay at the gorgeous Modesc. The idea of inhabiting a shipping container had us intrigued and we couldn’t wait to experience it. Our creative & food juices flowed as we explored this lovely part of country Victoria. This little piece of heaven, perfectly located in the township of Timboon, was just what we needed, so thoughtfully appointed and well designed. Excellent communication paired with luxury accommodation won points with us!

We stayed here in late 2021 and absolutely loved it.
The house is stunning and spacious and Timboon is a beautiful little town. The information left in the house on what to do complemented the detailed summary on Airbnb as we booked.
The kitchen was stocked with basics and we had an awesome time. I’d definitely come back and I have recommended to friends and family already! Thanks again

We loved our stay at Modesc house. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved hanging outside on the deck in the sun during the day and by the fire at night. The house is in a good location too close to the pool and shops. We had a great time in Timboon lots of great food to eat in the area!

Our small family discovered Modesc Timboon and the cute little town of Timboon last Christmas. What a delight. The house was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The garden and local birds a joy. Black cockatoos and wrens to enjoy.
The town is quaint with a great deli, ice cream shop, swimming pool and a distillery. What more could you want from a holiday. Highly recommended.
