If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have always stopped here on road trips in the past 25 years. This time was despicable, toilets with faeces on seat and urine on floor. So dirty, and the shop had little to no stock in it. Will never stop here again.

The only reason the overall rating on this place is not one star is that they have bumped it with fake 5 star reviews. This place is disgraceful and these operators should no be in business of any kind. I won't bother with details, there are too many. The people of Cowell deserve better, for them and their tourism

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is an absolute disgrace. Toilets broken, shop is filthy and no stock, out of fuel. I'll be bypassing it. Owners should be ashamed and place should be shut down by health inspectors. Used to be a thriving stop for travellers. Some people should not own businesses

None of the main diesel pumps are working, tried the two and nothing came out, was asked to try the truck one to the side, which worked, I paid and was charged a extra $5 for the diesel that never came out the pumps, they know it’s not working but cashing in on customers. The toilets look like something out a horror film, also no handsoap available

Disgusting place. Bought 2 dozen Cowell Seafood Producers oysters, she tried to rip me off at the checkout, then later discovered that the 24 oysters was missing 3 oysters. Not a mistake that could be made counting them. Toilets foul, service very bad.

Friendly & generous staff with great customer service. Also very helpful for locals, especially on weekends when everything is closed, and it stocks a little bit of everything so you won't go without. The pies are great & always hit the spot and the coffee is good too. Would recommend!
