we asked for an urgent order, yet they kept on delaying it and still ordered everything along with other orders they had.

But before we paid for our item they gave 'promising' statements, such as arriving "7-10" business days and personally had to check up the order more than 5 times. on the day where i was meant to and was promised to receive the order on, i rang up to ask for a tracking number again as out business do not operate on Monday morning. After 3 hours i rang up again to get my tracking number as she didnt get back to me. The tracking said item was picked up on the day that i was meant to receive it on, meaning they again delayed the order.

Interestingly, i told their receptionist, and they say the Manager will get back to me early next day, of course, he/she did not.

This firm has very unique style of work ethic and customer service that i cannot understand.

If you cant keep to what you stated, and forgot to do the duty upon customers continual reminders, then you may tell at the start of my purchase so I am aware of, and will not purchase from you.

I can get the equipment elsewhere at a cheaper price and quicker service, but they are an oversea firm,. WE wanted to support Australian business, and the outcome was unbelievable...
