Absolutely wonderful to go to anytime of the year highly recommended if you have a hour or 2 to spare. Or spend the day by bringing the kids and picnic basket. Just please make sure kids are aware of not chasing the wild life and running thru gardens.

Had the fortunate and delightful experience of recently using Mist Olinda to celebrate one of our clients Sangeet Function, as well as their Religious Hindu Wedding. Dealing with Rohit and the team was an absolute pleasure leading up to the week, and most importantly on the day. They were super accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that our clients were happy and satisfied for what they had to offer. The venue itself was beautiful, maintained really well and cleaned and set up beautifully before our other vendors to come in and start working on their crafts. Will definitely be back at the Mist soon and looking forward to planning future events at this magical location! Thanks!

Recently attended a wedding function here and loved every second at this venue! The interior is such a vibrant space with beautiful decorations to cater for those good photos needed for weddings. Also being surrounded by such amazing scenery is an added bonus. The food they provide at the venue is to die for and the staff are nothing but professional, friendly and polite.

Would recommend mist for any type of party you’d like to hold, it’ll always be a perfect night spent there.

I cannot stress enough how disgusted we are with the lack of respect and communication we experienced in merely inquiring about use of this venue. Almost too much to tell. After we and our celebrant played phone tag with the owner for a while, we finally had a very rude, clipped conversation with said owner where I told him we were looking for a venue to host my daughter's memorial. Yes/no responses to all questions with no clarification or sensitivity at all. Asked if we could meet to see the venue, was told to come between 10am and 4am, no appointment, "I'll be around." Approach the venue, the visitors entrance is overgrown with tree branches down all over the path. Already regretting coming. Go to the front, no one there. Call the owner, speak to a woman that tells me to go to the cafe and someone will show me around. Walk in, young girl scrambling to make coffees for customers, tell her we've been directed to her and she looked terrified at the sudden request (she'd obviously not been told and I gather this wasn't something she'd normally do). She said she'd be with us after she finished serving coffees. My wife and I wait around a while before I go back in and see her still taking orders and looking stressed. I felt for her and asked if she had anybody to help out or if it was just her. She said no it was just her and looked a bit upset. So we just left. How this poor young girl could've been expected to walk two grieving parents through a venue and answer all their questions whilst worrying about how many people were left waiting in line at the cafe behind her defies belief. We would've rathered we were just stood up with no response at all. We are absolutely disgusted, angry and disappointed to have had this experience in the midst of one of the worst times of our lives. At the time of writing this, the owner has not answered my calls, as I wanted to give them this feedback directly to let them know how unacceptable it was. Please do not use this venue, the owners do not care, they barely want to answer their phone and do not deserve such a beautiful venue.

I held my birthday here last night, absolutely shocking service. I do not recommend having an event here. This place has not been maintained properly at all, it’s run down and the place is so dirty. They have no sense when it comes to hygiene. Plates and glasses were dusty and looked like they haven’t been washed in ages. We had asked management to add two more tables as we had 120 people coming to this party, however by the time we had got to the venue, nothing had been set up. No table clothes on the table, no plates or glasses were placed either! Mist@Olinda does not meet any Australian standards. Management needs to be scrapped immediately!
