We stayed 1 night at Midnight Hotel and it was a pleasant stay. As a Gold member I did get an upgrade (there are only 2 non suite rooms categories anyway), although the upgraded room was on the smaller side, not sure how small the base room would be.

It was nevertheless very comfortable, I did request a firm mattress and foam pillows, both of which were provided. The bathroom is very modern and the shower has great water pressure.

I liked that the mini bar is free and I also quite liked the hotel bar, I had a cocktail there and it was surprisingly very good.

The location is great and near a lot of restaurants.

A very pleasant stay. This hotel has a great location close to great cafes, bars and restaurants.

There are two gyms, a small one next to the indoor heated pool and a larger gym on the ground floor behind reception.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. I liked the included minibar however this was not refreshed daily as mentioned in their ‘little black book’.

Service was excellent upon check-in and all touch points with the team was top notch. I’d stay here again.

We stayed one night in the Hotel which is in a wonderful location close to Lonsdale St. The street has a lot of great places to eat and wonderful shops with a great vibe. The room we stayed in was modern but very small and dark. It faced the courtyard so not much light came in to the room in the daytime. In that sense it felt a bit like a cave. Personally I prefer a light space and a view of something. Our view was to the rooms opposite us, that was it.

Great place for a short stop. We stayed for one night for a wedding. Contrary to some of the reviews, staff were friendly and efficient. Room was dark and not large but the bathroom was very well equipped, great shower. Super comfy bed and we appreciated the complimentary mini bar. Very good coffee and breakfast in the restaurant the next day. Would definitely return.

it is a shame that such a beautiful hotel and a very elegant restaurant can be placed with very bad customer service and slow and not polite staff

upon checking the deputy manager Jessica was very rude, made us go to the car by ourselves at a late night to grab our own bags on a trolley and deliver to the room with no Support.

The check-in process was very horrible and slow and we got asked for 10 different ID checks as they have had recent fraud which is not our problem.

The cleaning of the room took 3.5 hours after multiple requests. This is all noted and recorded.

We were massively over charged upon check out but luckily this was rectified by the manager on the weekend. He was a lovely gentleman Anuip

he promised that the hotel management team then or Mora will call immediately to rectify the situation… I am not sure how!

There was construction at the front - noisy

So unfortunately, lovely location in the Beautiful restaurant. Food was totally shadowed by the horrific customer service and the understaffing of the front desk.

All in all if you’re after a nice bed with absolutely no service then this is an impressive design hotel with a beautiful restaurant.

If you are after any sort of humane interaction or a smile… Then stay away from this hotel at all costs

Great location, very reasonably priced, really clean and new facilities but we appreciated the hospitality most. Staff were so helpful and warm, and was happy to go above and beyond to fulfil our requests or answer questions. I particularly appreciate the food at Braddon Merchant, their food never disappoints and their specials are such great value! $20 express lunch Mon-Fri and other dinner specials that were $20-25. Really felt I was looked after and that money was well spent, which is an increasingly rare feeling these days. Will be back! Thank you for the warm hospitality, the industry has a lot to learn from you guys.

Late-night check-ins can often be a hassle, but not here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was luxurious, and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for its unmatched service.👏

Hands down one of the best Marriott Autograph properties I have stayed at over my 15 years as a Bonvoy member. Clean well appointed rooms, incredible staff willing to help pre and post trip. I left something in my room and the staff help me obtain the items. AMAZING! Their on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, location is great with lots of walkable bars and restaurants. They have complimentary snacks and beverages in the room, too. Highly recommend. Had a wonderful trip with my family.
