I'm sorry but I had a very Disappointing experience with Midcoast Trucking. It was disheartening to encounter rude and unhelpful employees who seemed to treat me differently based on my ethnicity. I felt that they were dismissive and unprofessional, and it seemed like they only valued certain customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you're from a diverse background. There are many other businesses out there that prioritize respect and fairness

What a great experience ! straight forward, honest people. Terry, Fiona & Johanna were a pleasure to work with.
I wish I needed a fleet of trucks just to spend more time with them.
We travelled from Sydney for a great deal and it was worth the distance, I recommend Midcoast to anyone looking for a truck.

Had my truck booked in at 9. Drove one and a half hours to be there only to be told it wouldn't get looked at till 12. Waited in the carpark till half past 12.. I had a wheel alignment appointment at 12.30 around the corner which I went too. Left there one hour later. Still no call so I left and Drove home. Very poor service. NOT HAPPY JAN..
Not even a phone call for the rest of the day. REALLY!

I was having a pretty terrible and expensive day getting the new (old) Scania down to Bathurst from Ballina. Clutch slave let go on the highway.

These blokes were absolute champions. Sorted a new slave for me by 8am the next day (a saturday) and let me install it myself in the very full carpark despite me obviously not being flush with cash. They even gave me a lift to the RMS for a new permit.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

I broke wheel studs on my American gmc these guys 24hr mechanic never done them before had a go pulled duallys off Axel out hub off and fitted my new studs great service thanks again. Simon red bud truck.
