This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. The entire staff were incredibly welcoming as soon as we arrived. Whilst we waited we were given access to the lounge and given complimentary coffee and water. When booking, the admin staff were efficient and clear in all their communications. We want to give a big thanks to Dan, our pilot. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He provided us with a brilliant service.

My husband's 60th birthday was a special occasion, and we wanted to make it truly unforgettable. We decided on a helicopter tour over Melbourne with Microflite, and it was an incredible experience!

From the moment we arrived at the check-in desk, the staff was friendly and professional. The waiting lounge was luxurious and comfortable, with champagne on offer to enjoy.

Our pilot, Edward, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and passionate about Melbourne, and he made sure we had a great time. He took us over all the major landmarks, including the MCG, at our special request. The views were breathtaking, and it was a truly unique way to experience the city.

The flight itself was smooth and comfortable, and we all had a blast. My husband was thrilled with the experience, and it was a wonderful way to celebrate his milestone birthday with our family.

Overall, I would highly recommend Microflite to anyone looking for a special and memorable experience. They are a top-notch company with excellent staff and a beautiful fleet of helicopters you feel completely safe in.

Amazing weather for the flight. Reece was knowledgeable, easy going and gave my parents all the tips to get the best photos. My parents were wrapped. 20mins covers a fantastic distance. The team have really considered a flight plan to pack in the best value and great views. The girls in the office were lovely and welcoming. The office was lovely and clean and they were really nice about letting myself and baby girl wait for my parents in the cool (it was a HOT day). They also gave great opportunities for me to be able to get shots of my parents in the helicopter before take off.

A great birthday experience. (Family purchased the experience for a special birthday present) Front desk service great, and we had river views in the old pump station office until.our flight arrived. The 20 minute flight over Melbourne was great fun. To see the landmarks of wonderful Melbourne from these fast and modern helicopters is terrific. Our young pilot Dan provided enough commentary as required and was very accomodating. Not something we could afford all the time, but now have a taste for some of the flights they can do further afield. We won't load many pictures....leave it for you to be amazed if and when you take a flight

Helicopters need good weather to fly. We flew with these folks twice - to the 12 Apostles and to the Healesville Sanctuary. The 12 Apostles trip was glorious. Healesville however, we got socked in. The staff moved heaven and earth, rescheduled flights, guides, wine tasting times and made it all happen with a smile. Both of our pilots were gregarious, knowledgeable - the helicopters immaculate. These folks are the real deal, look no futher.

I flew from Melbourne City to Phillip Island GP circuit and from the check-in to arrival at PI the service was terrific. Paul, our pilot, made us all feel comfortable with the necessary briefs and enroute pointed out various features around Melbourne. A really good flight. Booked a 20 minute flight for my partners 30th bday. Was one of the best experiences ever. The ladies at reception were so welcoming and polite. Then we met our pilot Johno who was an absolute gentleman. Fantastic knowledge of the area and an amazing pilot. The weather was incredible and 20 minutes covers quite a lot of area. Views were stunning. Would strongly recommend
