Booked the junior suite.
Couch bed wasn't comfortable for adults. The mid section would dig into either your back or hip.
Your legs would hang off the end of the couch bed as well.
I guess that's what you get for trying to shove 4 adults in one room.

Restaurant M was very unsatisfying. Sort of felt scammed when I ate at the local pub a 5 minute walk away and was able to get much more delicious food and larger portions while paying the same price.
I wouldn't eat at the hotel restaurant again. You're only paying for convenience.
The breakfast buffet was "fine". Their dessert section had really dry banana bread and stale pastries.

Nice atmosphere and good options in terms of breakfast as its buffet. When we arrived and checked into our room, it was covered in hair and obviously wasn’t vacuumed, in front of the fridge had a massive puddle on the carpet and finger prints on the mirror. Luckily the staff were more than accommodating to move us to a new room but the new room still had hair covering the bathroom. From looking at the hair it seemed the same so it seems housekeeping aren’t keeping up to their grooming standards. The hotel isn’t in a great location either, 5min walk to trams which isn’t bad but if you’re wanting somewhere to stay while going to the stadiums in Olympic park, I would pick elsewhere.

The price that I booked was very reasonable. My partner and I had dinner in the restaurant. During our time in the restaurant, two other couples were acting strange and difficult. I’d like to give a special mention to Anna from the Food and Beverage team who handled everything beautifully. Thank you very much, we will be back.

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful stay. The room was bright, airy, clean, had a great view over the district (we were on the sixth floor), the shower was amazing. The hotel had a good secure car park. The bed was comfortable and all in all it was brilliant

Booked a family trip over the Australia day long weekend. Checkin process was okay. Got an email to allow online check in, but when I arrived I had to do it all again. Didn’t make much sense sending an email first. |Room was basic, very dated, in need of renovations to update and not very clean. Bathroom looks like it needs a good scrub. We had a room booked for 4, but only 2 towels were provided. Staff quickly assisted and gave us some extra towels. The following day we returned after a very long day to find our room had been made up, and all our towels had disappeared.. had to go to reception at midnight to ask for some towels.. |good location, easy access to trams and trains, club across the road had amazing food, but would look elsewhere to book again until renovations were done on the rooms.

My family and I stayed at motel last weekend for the Luke combs concert we payed $549. For 1 night and we were very disappointed. The staff were wonderful but the quality of the rooms weren’t great. On checking in the smell in the hallway’s were very funky. Then on going into our room the smell was worse. We had no toilet paper the seat on toilet was broken and the room was freezing the air conditioner contol was broken. Could not turn of the staff were great the man apologised for the inconvenience. The owner of this establishment should fix the problems that exist as paying the money we paid it should have been a better comfortable and clean stay. Also the room had falling cornices from the ceiling. Very dissatisfied with the cost and the condition of motel. I would not recommend them at all.

Stayed 1 night. Not as bad as the other reviews made it out to be. I was on level 6 which had recently been renovated. Car parking was a very reasonable $20 between check in and check out which exceeded 24 hours.

Very pleasant stay. Great staff. Very good size room. Lovely pool and tenis court is a bonus. Really good location especially if you are going to Olympic Park or Rose Hill Race course.||||Hotel needs a refurb carpets are looking very sad and walls a new paint job. Our room did not have a chair for the desk top.
