Staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. The room was very spacious.
The containers for body wash and conditioner in the shower were a little problematic as the dispenser was broken on both and they were not dispensing anything. The air conditioner worked really well.
The bed was super super hard; it was a little like sleeping on concrete. The pillows were comfortable.
The checkout was very very easy and I received my tax invoice in record time. Very efficient.
Parking was a breeze and it was lovely to walk around the neighbourhood during my stay, I felt very safe.

I arrived with my daughter in law and three grandchildren and we had an excellent time. We had a choice of the heated indoor pool or the very inviting outdoor pool. If we had stayed longer I would have used the gym and sauna. Our room was amazing, the bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook dinner for us all. We then watched a movie with the kidlets and then chose a more adult movie for later in the night. The movie options were excellent and made our decision quite challenging--but in a good way. I would very happily recommend this resort for a short or long stay.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and we liked the spacious environment and with excellent swimming pools and sauna room. They provided buffet breakfast with fresh juice you can make at your choice. We had an issue of leftover a personal stuff at the apartment and the customer service deck helped to mail back to us without hesitation. This was a very pleasant experience and will book again definitely.

I was there for a day seminar and enjoyed the conference room and restaurant. I took my family with me to stay and they enjoyed the families that included the pool and grounds. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff for all your assistance. Hope to return one day.

We have been coming here for years as a family for a quick get away holiday.
Unfortunately, the room facilities are not what they were. The rooms are not as clean, carpets were dirty, walls and ceiling are covered in dust and in a desperate need of a new coat of paint.

The staff at the breakfast were not well trained or welcoming. Breakfast options are not as good and the quality of food preparation has declined. The female manager (mornings) was rude towards the employees and was openly criticising staff.

I don't see how the increased prices will make us return again given the above mentioned.

Pool facilities were great, definitely a highlight of the trip.

Pretty quiet and spacious resort with a really nice swimming pool facility. The rooms were spacious but recommend that you air out the room on arrival. Whilst the bedsheets were nice and clean, our seat in the living room had some sort of stain on it.

Relaxing weekend with lovely spacious rooms. We personally don’t golf but enjoyed watching golfers from the balcony with a few drinks . Bar dining was great value and portions were great size. Pool was clean and also has indoor option lap pool. Would definitely recommend if you wanted a quite weekend away

5 star rating for the night time staff Tim. This legend booked us in perfectly with no issues and went above and beyond. Without Tim, id give this place 4 stars, the buffet food is not that great but the rooms are clean.

Tim and the other night staff carry this hotel on their backs, he was not only handling our booking but we saw him helping the other guests too, doing multiple peoples jobs. The night staff also cooked us a parmi after a stressful day even though the kitchen was about to close.

Well done, and thank you to all night time staff.
