Absolute worst company on the face of the earth. Been lied to day after day about the location of my luggage. Wasted endless money coming to airport multiple times when it was said to be there. Phone number is useless, no one answers the phone. Can’t leave a voicemail either. NEVER go through them. Would rate a complete 0/5 stars if possible. Only checks certain bags for a small window of time during the day when they have hundreds that need to be cleared. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!! Waste of money, time, and efforts.

They called and left me a voicemail saying my bag was found, when I called back the line would drop when I tried to leave a voicemail. When I did go to pick up the bag a woman named Rama was extremely rude and tried to give me the wrong bag.

Me and my sister just came back from Philippines and we are very lucky to be assisted by 1 of your lovely girl her name is Savannah she gave us excellent service and did above and beyond in assisting me, she is so lovely and love her job, an excellent worker, so happy that she is the 1 who assist me, thanks so much for her service.
