As a senior, solo, female traveler, I recommend this tour company highly.
I was booked with them through another travel agency as part of a larger Australian adventure for five days and four nights private tour, including the Great Ocean Rd., Grampians and surrounding Melbourne areas.
Paul, the owner picked me up at the appointed time at my lodging in Melbourne. His vehicle is pristine, new and quite comfortable. He loaded my bags efficiently, put me immediately at ease, inquiring if I needed anything for my comfort and off we went on our great adventure!
I found Paul to be a safe and calm driver, extremely knowledgeable of Melbourne and the surrounding area, as well as the local flora and fauna. He knew where to look for wildlife at every bend in the road. His itineraries are varied and detailed to the individual, their interests and abilities. He’s also a great conversationalist about many topics of interest to Australia.
He always had a Plan B when we ran into any situation, such as road delays, fire closures, any glitch that inevitably occur on trips of this length. Our itinerary covered five full days and a lot of territory. We were busy!
Our lodgings and food experiences along the way were clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Creature comforts are very important.
Paul exhibited his depth of knowledge and desire to show me all he could in the time we had, he always showed great care for my well being and respect for my wishes.

Our day trip to the Mornington Peninsula with Paul was fabulous. We travelled in an extremely comfortable luxury vehicle and Paul had organised a wonderful itinerary for us for the day tailored to what we wanted to see and do. We embarked on a tour to Melbourne, exploring the 12 Apostles and the Great Ocean Road with Paul as our guide. Thank you for a wonderful 2 days on the Great Ocean Rd. There was mist, rain and sun, but nothing spoiled the views , photos and memories made of my bucket list scenery. Great company, good food everywhere, comfortable accommodation, and a great ride along the many turns in the roads of forest and beach scenery. Well done Paul, 10/10 Melbourne Elite Tours.

Went to Melbourne for our honeymoon earlier in the year from Sydney, and because of covid we didn’t have too many options for activities but we are so glad we found Melbourne Elite Tours. Paul is a very friendly, accomodating, well-connected and knowledgeable tour guide. Despite both me and my partner having been to Melbourne a number of times, we still learnt new things and explored new food and tourist places.
