I booked a cab to pick up my elderly father from a family wedding on Saturday evening. Daljeet, was fabulous! He drove out to the reception at the Yarra valley, on time, picked up my 91 year old father, drove him to Doncaster, and made sure dad was safely up the stairs and in his residence. Then he messaged me to confirm dad was home safe. A big Thankyou, excellent service, lovely guy.Highly recommend him.

Deejay drove me all the way to the Clyde area from Knox to retrieve my phone which I left in my Uber last night and he helped walk me over to the correct address. I got my phone back! Deejay also saved me money by taking the best route and avoiding tolls. Such a friendly, genuine, helpful person. He saved my sanity today and I appreciate it!!!

I have used Melbourne Eastern Taxis regularly over the last 2 years, and have found all of the drivers polite, and arrive within 10 minutes of the booking time. And here I thought I'd only been using your taxi service for 12 months! Sadly other taxi services are just not reliable. Sarah and Dee Jay run the business and they have been quite mindful of my comfort, as I'm in my late 80's and quite physically frail now.
I would recommend their taxi service to anyone.

Hello we used Dee Jay yesterday to go to the royal botanic gardens and he was very friendly and professional and was happy to pick us up again at our convenience for the return trip , he was reliable which can be hard to find these days and was polite and friendly and engaging with our 2 children ! Absolutely brilliant and flexible service. We are from Brisbane in Melbourne for a wedding with expended family. Melbourne Eastern Taxis tailored a package for us to get family members from different locations to the venue and back again at the conclusion. Family members were required to change the return home time at the last minute due to children. The proprietor organised such with nil fuss.
