To start this bad review off we waited for 20 mins for someone to come check us in called multiple times and had no answer we got yelled at by another visitor all though we where speaking with low volume because the rooms were not soundproof enough and yet other people were playing music out loud. inspected the room with marks all over the walls, floors and mould on the kitchen counter and a hole in the bathroom door. and to add to that staff wasn’t very friendly. Reception is an easy to find and also when you call for customer service multiple times they do not pick up. Will not be staying here ever again do not recommend.

The room smelt like old cigarettes, everything was broken, old, and stained including the walls and the door with a hole in it. Would not recommend. Asked to change rooms but they were unable to do it and gave a poor excuse. Location is fine but would stay somewhere else.

No hot water available for 3 days..... I stayed for three days on a work trip. The location was perfect in proximity to the convention centre, transport and city. The room was tidy with decent appliances, not too noisy. I was assisted remotely with a late check-in.
Feedback includes that the shower had no soap rack and drainage was poor, across the bathroom floor. But overall the lack of hot water was inexcusable, this was not remedied for three days and I experienced fully cold showers.

Would you choose to pay for an apartment with no hot water and cold showers in winter? It's not worth the risk.
The hot water was out even at 5am.

Teri staff said it was not their problem but rather the building managers. Look through the review's and you will realise this problem is reoccurring.

We arrived early to Melbourne for a family funeral. We had booked two apartments and asked if we could have an early check in for one so we could get ready after a long drive. Not only was this taken care of, we were upgraded to the magnificent penthouse suite. We found staff to be exceptionally understanding and very obliging. Great location too, walking distance to the markets and good coffee next door. Would recommend to anyone.

We spent a night here at the Teri apartments after our arrival from an international flight and we felt so at home we wished we could stay for more. The apartments are well laid out and super clean, beds beautifully comfortable and the location is top. Easy to get to from Airport and Southern Cross station with public transport, we will definitely stay again. Also, very close to the wonderful South Melbourne Market.

Just recently moved in & everything is amazing, close to Woolworths, Aldi & South Melbourne Market as well as a tram just up the road into the cbd, only complaint I've really got is that i went onto my balcony early this evening to have a cigarette and all i could smell was the strong smell of Marijuana coming from one of the other apartment balconies

Had a really pleasant stay, the room was clean and all the provided facilities worked excellently. Would’ve like more toilet paper or tissue paper in the room but that wasn’t a major issue. The location was good with plenty of stores and shops around and was quite eady to locate. Would definitely stay again.
