We booked 2 tours with this company:

GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR - we did this tour 5 years ago, and it’s still as beautiful. Our tour guide, Neil, was knowledgeable, and he makes everyone feel comfortable. He is also strict with time so that we won’t miss out on other tours/sights.

PHILLIP ISLAND TOUR - this is our favorite tour so far! So many scenic spots, perfect for our little family. Our tour guide (sorry I forgot his name) was the best! We learned a lot especially about Kangaroos and wallabies. He gives us ample time to go around the attractions, and makes sure everyone had fun. Will definitely do this tour again when we go back to Melbourne!

Colin, the owner of the company, was a big help to us. One of the tours got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but Colin made sure that we will be able to do the tour even through a different company. We are so thankful for him for being patient and understanding. We will definitely book through this company again!

Mr. Mike, our Guide and Driver, was excellent in providing us all the info through out the tour and appreciate his good sense of humour. ?
The bus was good and clean (no push back seats though) and it was good experience overall.

Writing this review and recommending Colin and his team at 'Melbourne Australia Tours' is truly a pleasure! We arranged a 13 pax custom tour of Melb and surrounding region for our overseas family guests. It included custom city day trips (Brighton beach + Shopping days) + a 2 day Great Ocean Road tour as well as airport transfers.

We were in the midst of our own wedding planning and Colin and his team UNDERSTOOD how time poor we were and continued to keep us up to date. They were also very accommodating to our questions and requests - Colin has become more like a trusted advisor by the end.

The driver Jacob was bilingual (English/Mandarin) and made a great impression on our family. He made great recommendations (scallop pie, Apollo bay beer) and looked out for the elderly members of the family group. Highly commendable!

The great ocean tour was nothing like they have advertised on their website. They said its a comfortable vehicle but it was a tempo where you need to squeeze yourself. It says the morning tea is included but it was not. The whole trip was unorganised and there was no proper correspondence from them regarding the trip. I went through a different agency last year and totally enjoyed the tour and this time I regret i booked through Melbourne Australia. I hope they improve their service in future if they want to continue this agency. Good luck!

We booked 12 Apostles day trip via them. Prices were competitive and service was good.
We got prior notification the previous night on the driver details.
Driver Mr Neil was a great guide + driver. He was polite and supportive for the tourists from all parts of the world.

Lunch break in Apollo Bay at Fishermen wharf was great.

Overall a well recommended tourist service.
