We Love Melaleuca Cabins this is our fourth time visiting. We had a wonderful time with it snowing on the Saturday, the view from the cabin is amazing! The beds and the bedding was comfortable and the electric blankets were nice. We just love staying here. We will certainly come back and stay again!

Constructive feedback; We have stayed in the Gumnut and the Winter Wood before which were fully equipped and functioning. However, the Cypress seemed a little run down with the oven not functioning properly (not heating up) it was not clean and very out dated with no light. The stove top was not any better making it hard to cook due to the outdated heating function. The TV remote had flat batteries so we had to change the batteries from the air con to the TV in order for them to work. The fire wood was green which made the fireplace hard to get started and keep going. The microwave had a child lock on it for some reason so we had difficulty working that function out. I think if the kitchen was updated the stay would be more pleasurable for all.

Good location and beautiful views. We followed the check out instructions but still unfortunately got a rude email with a $50 cleaning fee due to leaving some crumbs in the sink and a small amount of crumbs on the floor and the cleaner had to clean the bathtub which was used.

It seems the cleaner is charging extra for standard cleaning services like vacuuming and cleaning a bathroom but we have to cop this extra fee.

We also arrived and saw there was no kindling and no fire starters so had to go out at night to buy some ourselves. Seems like a standard inclusion in a winter cabin especially when snow is forecasted for that evening.

For my husband and myself, this place was PERFECT. Greeted by kangaroos on our way in. The cabins are spaced so you're not aware of others, everything you might need is supplied. Lovely decor and view of the valley. Fireplace all setup. 5min to drive into Oberon. We had 2 nights here as we came to see Mayfield Gardens, which is 20min drive. We'd highly recommend, and we'll be back again!

This is our 3rd visit to the Winterwood cabin
Our first was 23 years ago.
We absolutely love the quiet location with all the wildlife and we never saw another person the whole 3 day stay making it very private.
We can’t wait to come back next year in Winter again.

My adult daughter and I had a relaxing stay at melaleuca Mountain Retreat. Tea Tree Cottage suited our needs with separate bed and sofa bed. It was a great mix of rustic retreat and modern comfort. Heating options were great and everything was clean and instructions thorough and easy to follow. The location was picture perfect and close to our chosen attractions of Mayfield Gardens and the Japanese Bath House. We will certainly be back for more relaxing getaways.

When we arrived at the accommodation at 8pm, we found out the light in the toilet an shower wasn't working. I emailed the company in the morning but got no response back. We went away for some peace and quite, but the first morning we got woken up at 7am but the guys cutting up trees. We have stayed at the property before, but different cabin, everything was great but not this time. Also a lot of potholes in the drive to the cabins. We won't be going back.

Absolutely stunning private little cabin with an amazing view. Really close to town if you need anything. Spa was epic with a view. Cabin was toasty warm at night with the combustion fire. Great space. We will definitely be back.

My partner and I had a wonderful and peaceful retreat at Melaleuca, nestled between Oberon and Titania, all was made to make this stay a fairy one.
The cabins have all you need and the view in the morning is just Amazing.
