We recently stayed here and had a disappointing experience.

First, when we checked in, we were told that we could help ourselves to everything in the fridge. However, after two days, the staff began charging us for the 1.5L water and chocolate, which was quite misleading and frustrating.

Second, we decided to extend our stay by one more night. Late in the afternoon, we were abruptly informed that our room had been booked out, and we had to find alternative accommodation on our own. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this place to others. Please drive just a couple of hundred meters more, the commercial hotel nearby has way better accommodation, food, and services.

Having traveled to every part of Australia and 47 different countries, this was by far the worst accommodation experience of my life.
On arrival we were told that there were powered sites at both ends of the park as well as an amenity block at each end.
What was not mentioned was that many of the powered sites did not have a functional power supply, the southern toilet block did not have working lights or hot water, and that the toilets and laundry dumped their output on to the ground where it ran down to the SE corner of the park. They also failed to mention the large semitrailer refueling depot next to the park where large trucks sat fof long periods with their engines running and the headlights shining straight at us all night long. No sleep.
We can understand there being problems but the manager failing to tell us about any of that is unacceptable. Never again.

At $25 for an unpowered site this place is wildly overpriced.
Camp kitchen is actually just a gutted out old trailer with nothing but a cold water tap, a toaster and two hot plates that don't really work.
The truck stop immediately outside and the (disco? Nightclub?) thumping music on the other side til 4am meant a sleepless night.
Bathrooms grim and delapidated. Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful.
Go somewhere else.

Disgusting. Sullage water overflowed and ran down next to our site out of the caravan sullage drains. Came from the showers and laundry. Smell was horrible. Had to move sites, meaning packing up the caravan and unpacking again. Toilet lights not functioning above male shower cubicles. Door missing on one shower. Broken toilet roll holder in one toilet cubicle. Soap dispenser was never filled over the 2 night stay. Bins were overflowing in the male toilet and outside bins as well and not emptied for 2 days. Prickles everywhere. Broken concrete pads everywhere. Staff dismissive once told what the problems were and laughed it off without doing anything to rectify them. Dogs roamed the park, no idea who the owners were, dog poo around the place. Card was charged twice and told the manager would call back to fix it. Had to chase them up to get it sorted. Never again.

Current managers are rude, inconsiderate & arrogant. Went to visit friends who were staying in their caravan for 2 weeks & the idiot managers asked me to not park where my friends van was & park outside the park & walk in, even though the park had numerous empty sites. They wouldn't listen & said they'd call the cops, told em go for it. They actually told the cops I pulled a knife on them hahahhaa. When these moron managers leave I'm sure it'll go back to being a decent park again. They've ticked off quite a few other locals (even the owner of the commie hotel) so I'm sure karma will give them what they deserve.

Not one of the best. Facilities were very poor, reception didn't care less and the sites were in terrible condition.

Appalling. Sullage flowing through the grounds and pooling down the southern end, smelling disgusting, no hot water (which was not mentioned at the time of booking), very poorly kept grounds. Dont do it.

Surprisingly quiet caravan park with plenty of space. Clean amenities with good hot water. Would stay again.
