the customer service is amazing. I ordered something online, that I totally forgot to pick up. Finally I got a reminder email and remembered. By then my dog who I bought the supplements for had passed away. The Pharmacy offered to cancel my order and provide a refund. So easy to deal with. Thank you!

After trying to order Metagenics elsewhere with no luck, I found this pharmacy online. Ordering was so simple, even easier than ordering direct from Metagenics. I also found a practitioner RN Labs product I was after, and was able to provide my script for it online and have it approved quickly.

5 stars because I appreciate the thought and care behind the packaging of temperature sensitive products.
Each bottle was individually wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in an insulated bag and with two ice bags.
The products were send immediately and I received them the next day.

Thank you for making sure the products arrived in their destination protected and in the condition they should be.

With my wife's complicated medical issues her medications have been a little difficult and unusual to normal off the shelf scripts. But Ali and John have always gone the extra mile and have always listened. Cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Friendly, caring service, arguably the fastest script fillers in the inner west. The delivery service they offer is fantastic and very handy. Never ever been 'gouged' for a script. All the staff are lovely and helpful. A true community pharmacy with old school values. Advice is spot on too.

My son fell of his bike and went to buy bandages but for the better got help from a lovely young lady. She cleaned his wounds and applied antiseptic cream and bandages free of charge. They’re angels and they’re doing gods work, bless them

I don't know about you but the service was terrific. They were really busy when i walked in, however they greeted me immediately and they gave me caring advice for my condition. Great service...and they gave me a terrific price on my medicine - better than chemist warehouse. Nothing more you could ask for!

The service from Ali and his staff is second to none. This gentleman goes beyond the call of service. He doesn’t do that little bit extra he does a lot extra. He liaises with the doctors when there is Doubt. He delivers the medication and if there’s an emergency he sent it straight out.
