Went in this afternoon to buy a new concealer and was assisted by Kaia who exceeded all my expectations. She had immense knowledge of products and took her time with me to ensure I was happy with all my products. She was so kind and helpful, and assisted me with everything I needed!

Bianca had done my makeup for my year 12 formal and I was soooo thrilled with the look!! She made me feel super comfortable and I had heaps of trust in her as I could tell she was extremely talented. I have always had good experiences with the staff at Mecca. I have been a regular & loyal customer at Mecca. I called MECCA Rousehil 2 weeks ago or so ago inquiring that I would like to book the 7th Dec make up session for an event I was attending. They told me to call them back this week as the bookings were open then. I was quite surprised hearing that since usually Nov/ Dec being always a busy season. The lady on the phone wouldn’t even take down my details as I told her I didn’t want to miss out.
So I called them 2 days ago (this week ) as I was advised by them to then learn that they were booked out. I requested a call from the manager and explained what had happened. I was really hoping she would understand my position because now I was left with no choice with the event around the corner and not many artist available. Also I sent my call log to customer care Mecca showing I had a 4 min long conversation with the previous lady who totally misguided me. Left with no choice as castle hill Mecca being booked out on that day. I wanted to book my make up session with Mecca because I buy products from Mecca , I could redeem products worth $150. Hence I was hoping on getting make up done from your store
I am quite disappointed that they were not ready to make any room to book me in for such a major stuff up from their end. They didn’t take any ownership for this issue. Simply sorry we can’t accommodate try someone else. How disappointing!!!!

Reegan was amazing today when I popped in for a foundation but as an older lady needed something specific. She listened to my needs and sat me down for a consult. Walked in today to have a look at a concealer and ended up getting recommendations and advice on what kind of foundation would work for me and my level of expertise (or rather lack thereof). Adele (I hope I spelt that right :/) was SO helpful and listening to her talk about what she likes having on her skin was as if I'd met another version of myself. I have a couple of samples to try now and I'm actually excited about this make up and skin care recommendations haha.

Absolutely in love with the new Mecca at Rose Hill! On opening day, they offered complimentary Dyson services, including hair styling, and encouraged guests to try out any hair products they liked. Sabrina and Elsa were fantastic—Sabrina, in particular, did an amazing job styling my hair and shared so many helpful tips and tricks for using the Dyson Airwrap. Wonderful experience overall!
