I booked my dream holiday with Karen, and can I just say, I’m so glad that I did.

Karen put together an incredible itinerary, complete with all the places I wanted to see, and al the experiences I wanted to have.

During my holiday I had a number of issues with some of my itinerary- Karen didn’t skip a beat in putting together alternative arrangements for me. She was incredible and I was able to relax, safe in the knowledge that I was looked after incredibly well.

I have booked multiple trips with Karen, the most recent being a return from overseas, during a pandemic. Karen was incredibly helpful in finding the right flights for me, shuffling dates back and forth as requested and finally re-routing after airline cancellations. Excellent, fast and reliable communication. Up to date knowledge of airline and covid policies.
