Absolutely brilliant, professional experience with McKenna Events. We hired Steve and his team for the Launch event for Freedom Boat Club Loch Lomond. Communication was excellent and prompt, equipment was top notch and honestly there is nothing I could have fired at Steve that would have thrown him off his game! He is so quick on the day and really got the crowd dancing and engaged. Can't wait to have him back!

Friday night was Tag Digital's big Summer party at SWG3, DJ Chris was on the decks and did not disappoint. He had the floor full from the get-go, reading the room and picking the perfect playlist, requests of course were also welcomed. He also added fun and banter to the Bingo sesh, still laughing, overall a great night. Steve, who helped us arrange things was just fab, a lovely guy who was very responsive and organised, kept me right 🙂 highly recommend x

Steve and his team had a massive challenge on their hands with trying to take all of my ideas that were in my head and make them reality and my goodness did they deliver!! From the very first meeting I had with Steve, I knew then that we were going to hit it off. Steve and his team delivered everything and more when it came to making my corporate event of over 500 attendees a stand out event. From the planning, to the excellent communication to the final execution - I couldn't have asked for anything more. With so many moving parts and the strings Steve had a pull to make this event one to remember, McKenna Live Events will not let you down.

We were at an exhibition displaying one of our quality kitchens and wanted some AV equipment to showcase some images of the many other kitchens we have fitted previously.

There were some challenges as due to the nature of the display, so we needed to have a screen at about 7 ft high but in a very tight footprint.

Steve ( the director of the company himself) took our brief and delivered exactly what we needed.
As we were working round a very tight schedule as it was for a home building exhibition it was really useful that Steve turned up exactly when he said he would and with 2 options for the space we had available.

10 out of 10ft service price and quality of product.

I have worked with Steve and his team for nearly 10 years and every single time they have delivered. Dealing with events with thousands of Primary School pupils is no easy undertaking but Steve meets it with enthusiasm and a smile. His involvement is a big part of the St Andrew's Hospice Wear Yellow Walk and we are very grateful to him and his team.
This has included dealing with swarms of kids wanting to see the Cutkelvins fresh from their X-Factor success, organising extra mics and a performance area, working beside George Bowie as he delivers the GBX or signing hundreds of yellow hats for the school pupils.
I would recommend Steve for any of your events needs or even give him a call to discuss your needs and he will make it work.

I couldn’t recommend Steve McKenna any more. He arrived and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He gave some great tips for the speakers (that we ordered separately) and he ensured everything worked properly. Excellent service.

If you’re looking for someone to set up for or host your event then look no further. I hired Steve and his team to help with a 40th birthday party. Nothing was too much trouble. The team came the night before. Set up sound system as the one at the venue wasn’t good enough. Set up tv screens and additional lighting to showcase the photo area. On the night Steve was the dj, he also organised a quiz midway through the night for something a wee bit different. Everyone had a great night and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use this company again.
