My experience with Crystal as my property manager was outstanding. She was super lovely, efficient and helpful, and if I was only reviewing her right now I’d give 5 stars easily. However, towards the end of my tenancy I was assigned a new property manager and it was a lot harder to get in touch with her. Two staff - Halle and Charlotte were the ones who were contacting me. Both were not pleasant experiences, very disorganised. Sorting out my bond was a nightmare as they kept saying they would get back to me and never would. Staff would frequently answer my questions with ‘I don’t know’ and not bother to help me further. Whenever I went to the office for assistance the workers were the same. I even had a blonde woman say ‘Oh I don’t work in property management’ very condescendingly and proceed to laugh at me when I was trying to receive help. Seems like she didn’t care at all, and it was very unprofessional of her. The young men in the sales department didn’t know what they were doing when I handed my keys back but at least they tried their best and were very polite. It’s not hard to be polite and decent at your job. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care, diligence and professionalism of this team.

Crystal and her team were wonderful the whole 11 and a half months we rented at Bateau Bay.
