Couldn't fault them at all. All very friendly and very helpful. Our property manager Emily, was amazing throughout our time dealing with her. I would NEVER recommend this Real Estate Agent. They managed our investment property for several years and when we decided to sell we made the mistake of engaging them to put it on the market. We had to constantly call them for updates on what was happening and to check whether the price was appropriate as it was not attracting offers. We were assured the price was right however they dropped it several times at our request. The need to sell as soon as possible was communicated to them due to my husband's sudden medical incident.
Nothing changed which caused deep distress for us at a difficult time.
In desperation after nearly 12 months we decided to change agencies. When we informed them of our decision they said that the selling price was not appropriate!!!! They then miraculously came up with a low offer from a prospective buyer!
We changed to the new Agent.
On inspection by the new agent they identified issues that needed to be repaired that was effecting the sale which we were not aware of (despite getting regular reports from McGrath's rental inspection management team) which the New Agent were able to rectify within several days.They also gave us a truthful valuation of the property.
The property sold within two weeks with the New Agent at a higher price than we expected.
I rest my case.

Had a really great experience renting a furnished unit from McGrath for the last 9 months. Emily was very communicative, responsive, and incredibly friendly.

Did not have any issues throughout our time with consistent updates regarding any potential office closures, upcoming inspections and when organising to show potential new renters through.
