I just wanted to share my experience at McDonald's and be honest with you. I'm really not happy about what happened.

So, here's the deal. I found a dead fly in my fries. Can you believe it? And the worst part is, I only noticed it after I finished eating. It's just not cool, and it left me feeling pretty upset.

Honestly, based on what happened, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They really need to work on keeping things clean and making sure the food is safe to eat. Finding a dead burnt fly in your fries is definitely not a good sign.

I hope this helps others make better choices, and I hope McDonald's takes this seriously and improves their standards.

Sometimes okay most times missing something or old chips or missing ingredient, this time..asked for a big Mac sauce tub. THIS is what I got. Criminal.

Multiple staff members were too busy joking around with each other and friends sitting down, rather than helping customers. Waited quite a long time for my order for it to be missing a cheese burger. The chips shoved upside down so they all fall in the brown bag. The manager didn't apologise or even acknowledge they cared, nor wanted to deal with the circus of how it's being run at Wetherill Park Mac Donald's. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible bacon past two days. Putrid. I ordered the bacon egg mcmuffin with mcchicken sauce past two days because I had rewards for them. Not sure if it was overcooked in a microwave or something and old to start with. I have usually been ordering toasties which are usually under toasted or too hot. The bread feels hard all the time, or previously frozen sometimes. I would like to say on the lkus side it's cheap buts that not even true anymore as the price for value is not comparible to what it used to be.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. On Wednesday, the 19th, around 11:10, we ordered a McChicken with an extra patty and a cheeseburger. Instead, we received a Filet-O-Fish, a Quarter Pounder with onions, and two apple pies.

This is completely unacceptable. My dad is allergic to fish, so the Filet-O-Fish was completely inedible for him. I personally hate onions, so the Quarter Pounder was ruined for me. And to top it off, none of us even like apple pie, so the food went to waste.

We were really looking forward to enjoying our meal, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed. Mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mix-up—it was an entirely different order. This kind of carelessness is frustrating, and I expect much better.

Just went through drive thru the guy who took our order was absolutely fantastic and always is. When we were given our
drinks by the manager she was clearly bothered by something. When I asked for a cup tray this clearly inconvenienced her. How the hell am I suppose to take 2 drinks and 2 mcflurries in the car without a cup tray. I shouldn't have to feel like an inconvenience. As a manager in the "SERVICE INDUSTRY " you are setting an example for yr employees and representing an international company. I get it everyone has a bad day but to huff and puff and carry on like she did is not only unprofessional but extremely disappointing.

They've done it again! Whether you order via the kiosk (this time) or tell them at the counter (last time), they always put the sugar in the WRONG coffee (skim) - and push the 'Sugar' button down on the non-sugar coffee lid if you order one with and one without!

Come on guys, it's not that hard! Focus!

Next time I'm tasting each before I leave the store!

Absolute slowest and worst customer service. Stood for 10 minutes before someone took my order then took another 20 minutes to prepare a small meal, which they got wrong and was cold. During this the staff were barely moving and were slow service all other customers. The store wasn’t even busy. Truly disappointing
