I order and my receipt was BLANK I went up the desk to tell them on my mistory I was meet with a mad tone and she was clueless saying that we didn’t pay even tho we did this place is a SCAM I got a coffee it was terrible I was in shock that they were not using any gloves also I watch them put my hash brown in using there bare hands I received my food no lettuce on my Big Mac bite out of my friend burger and a mystic Kim took a sip of my coke the fries were wet and soaky with no salt and my fries were burnt they also support the knight’s terrible. 🤬😡🤭💀😈

Seriously spend the extra 10 mins in the car and go to Edgeworth or glendale. Avoid this maccas. The last 3 times we have been they have screwed up. A month ago I had to drive back once getting home because they forgot all of the fries for the order. Last night they forgot a burger and when going back through drive through the car in front had to hand back their order too. Finally got home hanging to try the Hawaiian mcspicy and I got this...... seriously?!!? Give me my damn pinapple!!!

Deadset, worst McDonald's in the area. Chips are always only half full, they are stone cold, the cheese burger has no pickles or onion, burgers are falling apart in the box with cold chicken or beef patties. Can't make coffee properly either lately.

Whoever packed my order. How does someone forget 2 big macs and 2 medium fries absolutely unacceptable. Don't think I've ever had my delivery correct yet. Thankyou to the absolute darling who helped me.

Food has massively gone downhill in the past few months. The food is always cold and stale even after waiting 20 minutes for them to prepare the food. Saw one of the staff picking their bellybutton and wipe their nose with their hand then touch the food without washing/sanitising their hands.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! If you’re going to make us wait for a McFrappe tell us the right place. Waited 10 minutes at the ‘next window’ only to have to walk in and be told that you’re not making it today. The app says it’s available, we could order it, what do you mean The attitude was horrid, the overall experience was horrible. Don’t work here or get food here.

terrible experience 9/10 times, they always get my order wrong and charged my boyfriend for another persons order. seriously not worth going to this maccas unless you want to get scammed out of items you paid for
