A very sad state of affairs! The place was very unclean, bins overflowing, tables not wiped down, not one clean table to sit at.
Customer service very disappointing. Long wait for food, cold burger and chips.
Spilt drink near counter and uncollected order left on counter entire time we were there.
Toilets blocked up with paper towel, no toilet paper (obviously not sourced either and/or none available)
Disability toilet used, not clean either but at least had toilet paper.
We mentioned state of toilets to an employee and then manager which replied with "Yes, I'm aware of that"

They did send someone out eventually to empty bins and wipe over tables.

I ate my cold burger, simply because we waited so long for order (tired from travel), but we had our cold chips replaced with fresh ones.

We have been to this McDonalds 6 times as it is closer to home! 4 of these times, Big Macs are either cold or have no bun, chips aren’t that fresh either! Try to call them, they never answer!

Worst quarter pounder I have ever had!!! Most of the cheese is on the outside of the box, nearly no sauce or onion but I got mustard🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ to top it off it was stone cold…literally just defrosted.

Look, the location is beautiful and the place is clean, but that means nothing if the customer service is as terrible as here. Worst Maccas I have been to. I am usually quite understanding about hospitality — I know that it is a starting-off sort of job, things can get busy and hectic, but at this location, we experienced eye-rolls, no interaction from staff members (apart from Matthew, the manager and the only polite and respectful member of the crew who actually took the time to listen to us), lateness and the incorrect order after asking for it multiple time.
1. We waited over 25 minutes for chicken nuggets, chips and 2 frappes
2. Staff would slam down unlabelled bags onto the table without announcing any order numbers, meaning food would be left cold, or in the case of some frappes, left out in the warm summer weather for at least 10 minutes
3. Staff barely listened to us at all when we politely asked about waiting times, or if there was any reason for delays, they gave us no reasoning. They would walk past and roll their eyes
4. There appeared to be minimal communication between staff members too, and when one of the boys at the back were asked about one of our orders, he swore
5. Despite seeming very well-staffed, it seemed that very little food preparation was happening, certainly no hustling despite a number of customers waiting for food (and for orders to be corrected!). Perhaps some members weren’t fully trained, or there was poor organisation of the team. There is certainly work that needs to be done there.
6. When one of the workers were trying to put cream on one of the frappes, it was starting to empty, and so when she got another, she slammed the cream lip on the table, made eye contact with us, and it sent the lid flying close to where we were. Extremely rule and dangerous gesture

Do not go here.

By far the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Went through the drive through and approached the first window, no one was there so proceeded to the end window where we were greeted by the most rudest worker who told us we didn’t pay and to drive back around while he rolled his eyes! Was then approached by another employee who also had no idea on customer service. These children were a disgrace and need better training on the way they speak with customers. To top it off the burger was dry and the chips and nuggets were ice cold and tasted like that had been sitting out for a while

940am Sunday morning.
Over 35 minutes and order was given to me cold, missing two items. No staff were serving at front counter or acknowledging customers unless called out to. Manager constantly calling out to staff for updates and incorrect orders. I’m called out to manage at 35 minutes mark to tell him I’m still waiting and asked for a refund. I left without my food but got the refund. There are serious issues with this store which are fixable. Photo taken in bag, at counter. Half chips at bottom of bag before I touched it, and two items missing. I have 1 muffin and has brown back, never got other chips or coffee .

I have had 1 good meal served hot and fresh from there out of about 15, I only go there after work or after I take the kids to soccer. The last experience I had extrememly disappointed me, and even more my kids which are all young of age. I ordered them a happy meal each which they were all excited for, got home the food was cold (we live about 4 minutes away) and there were NO TOYS! Had the staff told us I would’ve been fine and explained it to the kids but to get home and there was nothing and rubbish food is a disgrace.
The staff are lazy there, multiple times I have went in to the store and have seen 4-5 of them huddles around chatting and laughing, including the manager. It was until I made a scene that I actually was served and then waited a further 20 minutes for my food.
WORST MACCAS IN AUSTRALIA!!!
SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!
Pull your socks up or everyone will go the further 5 mins down the road to Albion park rail and you won’t have jobs at all!
Rant over

I'm not one to review Maccas, you pay for what you get. Usually. In this case, we only got half of what we paid for. As a McChicken aficionado, it was disappointing to have the main burger as part of my meal missing. Nuggets? No sauce. An easy Burgers half wrapped thrown in the bag. Calling a business like this solves nothing, and I'm not bothered to make the trip back out to cause a fuss as I had driven home to enjoy what I thought was a full meal. The best I can do is tank their reputation online at this point, so will settle for that. Give it a miss, whatever you get will probably be rubbish anyway...
