Took a tour with Preservation Utah and enjoyed learning about the history of this mansion. The tour guide had a great grandfather connection with the McCune family. She did mention one paranormal story, but got the impression this mansion is not known for paranormal activity and will disappoint in that regard. The best part of the history is that the McIntyre family has preserved this historic gem. It is rented as an event center to help pay for upkeep, but I guess the revenues don't even come close to covering the cost of ownership and restoration. While it is restored and understandably not everything is original, a majority is and it is worth scheduling a tour to learn the history. The mansion is absolutely beautiful!

We were there for wedding. The house manager gave us a quick tour and shared some lot of intereting historical details with us. They also have a great collection of mid century soviet art. The building itself is an amazing turn of the century masterpiece. Some details reminded me of the craftsmanship and style I have seen at Hurst Castle. Apparently the house designer worked for william randolf hearst as well. ‍♂️

The McCune mansion has such a special place in my organizations heart. The care the staff give to this historical location is seen and appreciated. Working with Monique to host events over the past couple of years has been amazing. She really cares about your events and wants your guest to have the a great time as much as you do. I look to work with the McCune staff as long as possible.

Sadly I only got to see the outside, but the outside alone is super pretty I can't even imagine what the inside looks like. I heard a grandfather clock ringing as I was by the door.

Exquisite mansion that we went to while in town for the doTERRA global convention. It was catered and the grounds are beautiful with a wonderful view of salt lake city.
