I bought 4 tea towels from Mayfair Australia. The best tea towels I have ever bought. Beautiful cotton, hard wearing and strong material. I would most definitely recommend them. You always get what you pay for. The other cheaper tea towels I have bought do not soak up the water. It's good to treat yourself sometimes. I'm really happy. Lovely people, lovely store. Thankyou again guys!! 👍👍😁

Great hat and super friend customer service. I initially bought the wrong size, and when I contacted them to enquire about exchanging the hat for the smaller size, they responded to me super quickly and advised that they would send out a new hat straight away.

Mayfair were amazing with their customer service! I ordered some t-shirts for a Christmas concert and although they were dispatched in a timely manner, the courier company delivered my package to the wrong address and could not locate the package. On top of that they were taking a really long time to compensate me/ rectify the situation. Mayfair, upon learning that the order was urgently needed for the kids’ Christmas performance re-dispatched my order at no additional cost and also with express shipping to ensure I got the shirts in time. I cannot speak more highly of how amazing they were. The t-shirts arrived just in time! And we’re very pleased with the product as well

I rang Mayfair on a Friday morning, with the seemingly impossible task of having 80 caps delivered before Sunday, and thanks to the exceptional service from Max and team, the goods were delivered just a few hours later. Truly exceptional service, which is quite rare these days. Thank you so much.

Very disappointing. Beware of any purchases through Mayfair Australia. My advice is do not proceed. The after sales service and honouring of faulty products is non existant. My purchase became unusable after less than 2 week of use through no fault of our own. Mayfair were not interested in helping us with a replacement part and offered no help or assistance in any way. I would not recommend buying through them. I offered to send photos and return the faulty bags but they were not interested in anyway. Very poor service. Their response to my requests for assistance was answered with "As previously communicated, we do not provide a refund for used products, products that have been modified and not in their original condition. The product was delivered to you in an excellent condition and was not faulty. In this case you do not meet the eligibility criteria of our Company Refund/Exchange Policy." I tried to explain that I was unable to return product in original condition because after less than 2 weeks of use it became unusable, and that the reason it was modified was because it was falling apart hence why I was asking for assistance. I also explained that I agreed that it was received in excellent condition but that only lasted for less than 2 weeks. It all fell on deaf ears and they were not interested in offering any type of assistance or after sales service. BEWARE and BE AWARE they are not interested in you once they have made the sale.
