We had the best time at Mayday Escape rooms! I went with my partner and a couple of friends, and we were absolutely blown away by how well thought out and immersive each room was. We completed the pharmacy and the butchers rooms in one night, you could tell there was so much care and creativity put into the design of each room. The fact that they’re set in the actual pharmacy and butchers of the Asylum is also another added bonus and great way to preserve but allow people to see it.

The staff were incredible, super friendly and helpful as well. Getting the opportunity to speak with Tim about the backstory of how he and his partner and network were able to achieve this dream of theirs was incredible.

Planned an entire trip to Beechworth just to visit Mayday Escape Rooms and they did not disappoint. The rooms are all so thematic and every puzzle was well thought out, clever and related so well to the room. Our game master was wonderful did a great job of setting the story for the room and then letting us do our thing.
We were lucky enough to talk to one of the owners after our rooms and the passion he has for escape rooms really does come through in what has been created at Mayday. We have done many escape rooms and Mayday easily ranks among the best and is a must visit.

Had such a great time doing The Pharmacy with my family, it had such smart and fun puzzles that were great to figure out! Everyone was super nice and helped us escape, thank you for a fabulous experience. Already planning to come back another day to try a different room!

The Butcher Shop is an amazing experience that has had an incredible level of detail put into it. My Partner and I loved every minute of it and it's one of the major highlights of our visit to Beechworth.

Fantastic experience. We completed The Pharmacy and really enjoyed the room. The location of the rooms in the old Asylum buildings set these apart from any other rooms we’ve done before. We got a sneak peek at “The Butcher” room and you can see the team at Mayday love what they do when designing and creating these spaces. Would highly recommend Mayday Escape Rooms to anyone in the area.

We were a family of four adults and two children (9yo and 5yo) who did the pharmacy escape room. We absolutely loved our time here, the team behind Mayday Escape rooms have done an outstanding job and this was pitched at the perfect level for our group. Well done to the guys who have set this up, well worth a visit!!
