Masri are very professional yet very helpful. We had an issue during our last trip, the flight was last minute cancelled and the lady (from Masri agency) didn’t leave and she stayed with us on the phone till very late hours and called back the next day following up and contacting flight operators. She stayed with us until we got into the plane.

Rabia, was able to a approve a decent amount refund from the airline for our benefit, which i really appreciate.
