If I could give the Masi events 100 stars I would !
The Masi's planned my oldest daughter's wedding on 4/27/24 at the Jupiter Island Club in Hobe Sound Florida .They helped me choose the right band to the right vendors, from florals to make up and everything in-between.They suggested vendors that were in our budget and helped us stay on the budget. Jessica and Michael listened to my Daughter's ideas and vision and let her set the tone for her wedding . I don't live in Florida and we did all the planning via zoom and email . They are extremely organized and they answer all your calls, txt and emails even if they are about trivial things . The day of was flawless Jessica keeps you calm with her sweet, kind gentle way . Michael was on top of all the vendors and all the grooms men !
The only wedding planners you should hire are Jessica and Micheal Masi

The Masi’s truly went above and beyond our expectations. From beginning to end they really understood the vibe and feel we wanted. We could tell the Masi’s really “got us” with every detail and every vendor they chose to be a part of our event, the food, lighting, decor, flowers and more… they were patient, efficient, responsive, respectful, thoughtful, kind and fun. We’re so thankful we found them and put our trust in them, beyond worth it. Not only will this be one of the most memorable times of our lives but our close friends and family as well. It was timeless, and we cannot thank them enough. Pictures never do it justice 😉

Masi Events - highly recommend!!

The attributes I valued most in choosing a planner were design/aesthetic and finding someone who would be a calm (non-aggressive), flexible partner. We ultimately hired the Masis, and I’m so glad we did. Our experience with them was very seamless and enjoyable, and I loved the way everything turned out.

Michael and Jessica Masi are husband and wife - he largely handles the business/logistics/vendor contract side, while Jessica focuses mostly on the design aspect. Their assistant, Dina, helps with both and is incredibly sweet. As a team, they’re a well-oiled machine that clearly has a ton of experience, which translates into great tips on what works, what doesn’t, watch outs, etc. They are also very flexible and easy to work with. I wasn’t always the most focused client, and they did a brilliant job balancing their timelines with my schedule. They handled all the logistics and vendor conversations behind the scenes, and I never felt like I was being chased for answers. It’s evident that they have great relationships with all the vendors too, which made the process particularly seamless.

Jessica has a brilliant eye for design, and I absolutely LOVED the look of the final event. My mom and I gave a bunch of feedback about our style preferences, and we were so impressed by the design board she came back with. Jessica did an amazing job taking our suggestions and editing it into something we loved.

I’ve already recommended the Masis to one friend getting married in the Miami area this year, and I would certainly endorse them to anyone else looking for a planner. It was well worth the investment, and I’m so appreciative for all they did to make our wedding as special as it was.

I worked with Masi's for my wedding this past December and I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much if it wasn't for them. From the start they were amazing. Having them plan the entire thing from start to finish just wasn't in my budget so they worked with me to create a package based on what I needed and could afford. In the end they did all the design and day of details. They helped me fine tune my vision and offered several templates until we landed on the perfect one. They were always a call away when I needed them and my wedding was visually stunning, I had everything I wanted. Micheal and Dina were with me on the day of my wedding and they made it so I could enjoy every second. I never once worried about the vendors, timeline, or anything at all. I enjoyed every moment and my wedding was 100% stress free. I even got to enjoy my entire meal! I really cannot thank or recommend them enough.

If you have the opportunity to work with Masi Events, you take that opportunity and run. We cannot recommend Masi Events more highly!

Before deciding on a wedding planner, I did extensive research on South Florida event design companies. I ended up scheduling meetings with eight different planners from around the area as I felt this would give me a solid sampling of what there was to offer. Seven out of the eight designers ran their meeting with the same formula of inviting us in and launching into a presentation on why their day-of timeline and budget planning software was the best and would make or break the wedding. Jessica with Masi Events was the ONLY planner that asked me about my design vision for the wedding in the initial meeting. To me, this spoke volumes about Jessica's priorities and the creative and caring nature of her business. This also gave us a real chance to get to know her and see how we would vibe while working creatively together. I feel like many of the other planners did not want to get caught giving "free advice" and therefore did not want to talk design at all. All of this is not to say that Masi Events neglects their day-of timeline and blows the wedding budget. In fact, we received a ten page long day-of timeline with everything marked down to the every fifteen minutes, just as all the other planners were so proud to advertise in that first meeting.

We presented Masi Events with a challenge. As we are from Atlanta and Chicago, our wedding was a true destination with all 200 guests arriving for a full weekend of vacation and celebration. We asked Masi to help us fully execute four events and aspects of two other events over the course of the weekend. Each of these was full of personal touches that required extensive cataloguing and organizing in order to make sure they arrived at the correct event in the correct display. Masi Events handled all of these details with grace, professionalism, and beautiful creativity when it came to displaying them. The events themselves were gorgeous. At the rehearsal dinner, a common comment we heard was "This is the nicest wedding we have ever attended". We just had to keep telling everyone to wait for the next event! Jessica and Masi Events continued to outdo themselves with each passing occasion.

Working with Jessica, Dina, and Michael was such a pleasure. Jessica understood my design vision for each event and brought them to life. Her suggestions were always fabulous. However, if there was ever something I wanted to change, she was always happy to show me more suggestions or let me go exploring on my own to find exactly what I wanted. She made it very clear to me that this was my wedding and I could be as involved or detached as I wanted to be. My husband (then fiancée) had several projects for the wedding day he was working on with them and found them to be a pleasure. They were always responsive to whatever question or crisis was presented to them - the definition of grace under pressure. Dina was simply amazing. We had the opportunity to work with her a lot throughout our planning process and so appreciated her infectiously sunny and thoughtful disposition. Michael was our hero at the rehearsal dinner and the after wedding brunch, mitigating several disasters that unexpectedly arose at the last minute. He told me about them after the fact but no one would have known anything had gone wrong during the event. My husband (then fiancée) had several projects for the wedding day he was working on with them and found them to be a pleasure. He said that everyone was amazing and that Michael was awesome. Without a doubt, the whole Masi team worked with such supreme professionalism and efficiency behind the scenes, providing seamless and beautiful events.

I think one thing that is so telling about a person is the opinion of their colleagues and those that work most closely with them on a regular basis. Across the board, we were told that Masi Events is the BEST and that everyone loves to work with them. We totally agree!

Jessica and Michael are a planning team that made our dreams come true on our wedding day. Together they each helped us navigate through the planning process as well as design process. Whether it was selecting vendors or coming up with the right timeline, Jessica and Michael were on top of it all. We worked with them for almost 2 years, and never throughout the entire process did we feel we were not a priority.
I would work with Jessica and Michael again and again, and cannot wait to see all the beautiful weddings they continue to create in the years to come!

My husband and I cannot recommend Masi Events enough! The Masi’s helped us plan our wedding and I am positive they are simply the best in the business. First, they are wonderful to work with; an absolutely lovely couple who are so kind and attentive. They are very responsive, and will answer emails same day. I was never left waiting or wondering! Second, they have incredible connections to the best vendors in Miami. I think we went with every vendor they recommended and my team on the day of was flawless! From hair and makeup to flowers to food - perfection! Third - the process was stress free! The Masis handled everything with care and attention- there was almost nothing for me to worry about! People describe wedding planning as the most stressful thing; but it just isn’t when you have the Masi’s on your team! Fourth- Jessica is incredibly gifted with design! I felt like she somehow saw into my brain and saw exactly what my vision was! The wedding was even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and that’s all thanks to Jessica! We had the wedding of our dreams and none of it would have been possible without Masi Events!

Michael Masi and team were the greatest thing to happen to our wedding. Masi Events is hands down responsible for planning the most epic, joyous weekend of our lives. Every detail was fabulous, and came to life in ways I couldn't have even imagined. They are true professionals who are also a joy to work with.

For some specifics on what, in our opinion, sets Masi Events apart from the rest:
-Vendor selection: Since we were planning this from out of town, we were worried about being able to select the right vendors and meet our vendors in person. With Masi Events, we were able to show up in Miami, have multiple appointments in a row, make key decisions, and then everything else was booked and handled by their team. Michael also did a phenomenal job of prepping and presenting our options to make decisions incredibly clear - he would include photos, cost breakdowns across vendors, cross-reference proposals and create comparisons to help us more effectively make decisions. He was always objective and clear.
-Vendor management and logistics: Since our wedding was DIY, we ended up having 10+ vendors for various elements - catering, photographers, videographers, seating, DJ/band, lighting, florals, etc. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Michael hosted all-staff vendor calls to run through the weekend agenda, setup and logistics. I kid you not, they created a 15 page timeline for logistics and set up for all vendors and partners. This was in addition to an abridged friends and family timeline/run-of-show that they handed out to our massive bridal/groom party and family at the rehearsal. Moments/items were phased down to the minute, with all relevant details included. As a program manager in my day-job, this was a dream and most importantly, my husband and I didn't need to be involved.
-Design: I did not have a clear aesthetic/vision for what I wanted my wedding to look like in the Garden. Michael helped me work through color palettes, floral options, table-scapes and more to ultimately create a 'design deck,' a powerpoint/slide template that we built off of to bring the vision of things our family all liked to life. This evolved 2-3 times, and helped us to pick the right vendors to match the vision. Michael was also extremely objective and responsive to feedback.  He always made it feel like my wedding and never his wedding.
-Professionalism: It was clear from every vendor we spoke to in Miami that Masi Events is the real deal. They are not only impeccably organized, and plan gorgeous, perfect events and weddings, but are regarded as a trusted team that will treat everyone with respect and humility. We associate their names with beacons of order, calm and relaxation in what felt like such an emotional whirlwind of a weekend.

Lastly, I could not speak more highly of Michael. My entire family, bridesmaids, fiance (now husband) all called him my planner-of-honor since I adored working with him so much. Michael is creative, logical, diplomatic (read - can handle many opinions from many different family members, personalities, etc with ease and grace!), superbly organized, and helps to keep you on a reasonable yet aggressive timeline so that once the week arrives, everything is an absolute breeze. Multiple friends of mine who got married in recent years all commented on how truly incredible and smooth our event was and that's entirely because of the Masi team. I feel so profoundly lucky and grateful that we had the pleasure of working with him.

I kick myself for ever stressing a moment about details - the Masi Events team are absolute pros, and we're forever grateful that we had our wedding planning journey with their team. If you are planning a wedding or event in South Florida, I could not recommend anyone more highly.
