❌🚫❌ They deserve MINUS 100 stars. Do not trust this company. We had our weekend fully booked and, at the last minute, they sent a cold, impersonal email (not even a phone call!) informing us the heater wasn’t working. Their solution? To deliver an oil heater the following day — seriously, who still uses oil heaters?
As they are so unprofessional and unreliable they are offering different property to us for higher price. Any unexperienced hospitality worker know any shortage cause by provider should be compensated to guest!!!😡😡
This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Their complete lack of basic customer service and care should be a warning to everyone. We were left with ruined plans and a wasted journey. I’m sharing this terrible experience so others don’t fall into the same trap. Avoid them like the plague.

This was our first time booking with Margaret River properties and it was a great experience. They were extremely helpful and clear with all their emails. We stayed at the Eagle Bay Summerhaus and it was amazing. It was a perfect house with enough beds for 10 people. The beach was stunning and it was only a short walk away! We didn’t get any photos inside the house but the pictures are of the beach below. Can’t wait to stay with Margaret River Properties again in the future!

I spend amazing 3 days in the 14 Formosa St property. The location is really good, 5 min walking distance to the supermarket, in Margaret River cc. The apartment is modern, clean, tidy and very big. It has a super nice terrace with a BBQ in very good condition. Even the TV is fantastic, as are the rest of the appliances. And the rooms are also spacious, super clean, and with super comfortable beds. I cannot thing of a single detail that I did not like, definitely highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at the Indiana, the most perfect house for us and our two fur babies, it’s in such a perfect location and the house is a stunning stay in that makes you feel so cozy, the best communication with the team if we needed anything at all! We definitely recommend! We are for sure coming back 🩷

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Le Chambre, in Margaret River. Such a relaxing way to finish our little road trip. The room was equipped with everything you will need, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom and best of all, a stunning view, sat out on the patio you feel right in the middle of nature. So peaceful in the evening.
On leaving my wife said it was the best place she had stayed......ever!!
We will most definitely be back.

We had such an amazing experience booking with Margaret River Properties. We had the pleasure of staying at two different properties.

We got to stay at Melo Studios, the Caesia, a few nights after our wedding and we fell in love! We were greeted with beautiful music, a bottle of wine & fresh water in the fridge. They even left us a coupon to get complimentary coffee for 2 at the cafe across the street & but one get one ice cream at a local ice cream shop. The bathtub and bathroom were so stunning & the beds were so comfortable. We wanted to stay here forever.

We also got to stay at the Lightkeepers Studio for a week very last minute and were so thankful for Margaret River properties ability to accommodate us last minute. This spot was just as incredible and had all the amenities we needed and more. The first day the wifi went out & Michael swiftly fixed it for us! Their team is super responsive and readily available if we needed help and beyond accommodating and helpful!

Cannot wait to come back and stay at another one of their properties!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chambre Estate!
We were there from Melbourne for a wedding and stayed onsite, which was beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, well stocked and the fresh sourdough baked bread & welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The wood sauna was lovely, although it takes a good hour + to heat up. There are also the beautiful highland cows on the property who are very curious. The property is the perfect balance of near enough to town and all things MR, but also secluded so you feel you can switch off, take in the surroundings and relax. I will recommend Chambre to friends visiting MR in the future and look forward to the next time I can visit.

FRAUDULENT SCAM - DO NOT BOOK

Lodging a complaint to the ACCC against this property group. I have evidence of being one of many other customers who have fallen victim to this business’s conduct that is misleading, deceptive and simply against Australian Consumer Law.

I booked two separate stays with this property group over 45 days ago via Booking.com where the bookings were made with a 50% upfront payment and clearly stated a 7-day free cancellation policy with a full refund.

Both reservations were cancelled well within 5 days of the free cancellation & full refund window (cancelled due to personal reasons). Instant confirmation emails were received stating my refund was on its way shortly. It has now been 39 days and I am STILL waiting for a refund of over $2000.

Have contacted the property via email and phone multiple times. My email has gone unanswered. Of the endless calls, only the first call was picked up — in which I was told the reservations team couldn’t even see the cancellation and would escalate it to their accounts team for ‘investigation with Booking.com’. That was 4 weeks ago. I have heard nothing since.

The refund is meant to come from the property directly and so Booking.com has tried to contact the property four times on my behalf in the last three weeks, and they have been ignored as well.

The actual dates of the cancelled booked accommodation have even passed and the property group has still not responded or refunded the amount.

This is an absolute fraudulent breach of Australian Consumer Law - thankfully I will be able to claim this refund through insurance and Booking.com however it should not have been a full time job trying to claim back my refund and has been the most frustrating disappointing experience dealing with this property group. Strongly recommend NOT booking with them.
