They are so patient and helpful in hard situation where Airline canceled the ticket due to regional circumstances, but Marcopolo Holiday didn't stop their supports and did their best to meet customer requirements.

I recently arranged my trip to Athens and France , for next May with Marcopolo. Saeed was very understanding of my wishes, in regards to the airline I wanted to fly with and he ensured I had the flight times and dates (and seat allocation ) and stopovers I required. It will be my first long haul trip in over 25 years, so it was extremely important to me , that I felt comfortable and reassured that all was as I requested.
