I’ve come here a lot because of my family.
My brother who currently lives in NT will straight away come to this place when. He comes to visit.
I did have a bad experience before when my daughter was nearly 1 which was 2020 just the judgment I had because of the way I was feeding my daughter. Since then I lacked so much confidence. Which I understand how the way I feed my daughter weird but it would have been better if yous judged me at the back instead of where I could see yous. That’s the only bad experience I’ve ever had.
Today I want to thank the staffs who served us and the lady who does the coffee seated us in an area where it was good for us.
The staff were very polite and were patient as my son is naughty. I’m grateful for your kindness and especially when my son spewed up. Yous were quick and were fine with handling it. I thank you for this.
My family loves the pancakes, and I really enjoy the Asian noodle with squid.
I also love your banana honey and cinnamon smoothie.
The food never disappoints us. Thank you.

Very rude and inconsiderate lady that was serving us. After we got our food, we told her if we could have sauce on the eggs Benedict as there was barely anything there resulting in the food tasting dry. We showed her the plate and made it clear about our intention as we were regular customers who order the same dish and know what it usually looks like. When we paid they charged us for extra sauce, I did not care about getting a refund for it but i wanted to make clear about the situation to avoid it for next time, however the lady was being so rude and aggressive about it and even walked off mid conversation, she tried to embarrass me infront of customers when both me and my daughter were talking to her in a calm tone. no $3.50 refund Is worth getting treated like trash. Moral of the story if your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers will never be back here.

It was not about the $3.50...we dined nearly every second week and spend $50+, it was the attitude of your employee and the way she delt with the issue. And you only apologised when my daughter went back to clarify your employees behaviour...as your manger response to my review i don't think you knew how to deal with this matter nor with your response...even you telling my daughter after ur apology, that you know we will never come to ur cafe again and us ruining your business.. honestly this is not normal.

This place has a lot of potential. The food is great and the coffee good. Just lacks the warmth of friendly service with a smile. This is our breakfast go to when in Bankstown Central as I find the food and coffee consistent. I like the Toby's Estate blend. This time hubby got the big breakfast which didn't disappoint and I had the brekkie burger with hash brown and avo, totally satisfying.And if you're a coffee lover like me then you'll love that they also sell the Toby's Estate coffee beans at a very reasonable price (for excellent quality beans).

I occasionally have the grilled barramundi which is ALWAYS scrumptious. It would have been nice if the waitress could have gotten me a glass of water when they were only standing around instead of referring me to the other end of the cafe but that's the modern world and that's the "rules".

Very disappointed and it's not the first time it's happened I've been going here more than 6 years some days get treated really good but today wasn't so good the pancake was burnt and it's not the first time it has happened no apologies from the chef so therefore I'm always leaving there as disappointed and not been heard as a customer

I was disappointed with the customer service today. Literally I was asked to move from a table that I was sitting on to put someone else
The waitress was very rude and impolite
Although I was a regular customer for years
I will never go back there. The waitresses over there has no manners what so ever
