We spent 2 nights at Manuka Park apartments & am happy to share the apartment was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. We checked in late and we were so pleased that the heating was on so when we got there the room was nice and warm for us.

Being walking distance to shops and restaurants was really convenient

Our recent visit to Manuka Park Serviced Apartments in Canberra was nothing short of exceptional, providing a truly wonderful and comfortable experience for our family.

From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the outstanding hospitality. We were incredibly grateful for the complimentary upgrade from a one-bedroom to a spacious two-bedroom apartment, which significantly enhanced our comfort and overall enjoyment of the stay. The apartment itself was impeccable; we were particularly impressed by how clean and well-maintained all the rooms and kitchen were (photos attached).

The location proved to be incredibly convenient, making our trip to Canberra so much easier. Having Coles and Woolworths within easy walking distance was a huge benefit for stocking up on essentials, and the abundance of available parking ensured an stress-free arrival and departure.

Beyond the practicalities, the beautiful amenities at Manuka Park truly stood out. Our children absolutely adored them, which made their stay, and by extension ours, incredibly enjoyable and memorable.

Manuka Park Serviced Apartments offers a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-tier accommodation experience in Canberra and eagerly anticipate our next opportunity to stay here.

Was a decent place to stay for 8 days very quiet and great location. Could have been better with the service and cleaning. No one came to clean for the 8 days we were there and we took the sign off so the room could be cleaned at least vacuumed. Shops within walking distance and short drive to all the attractions in Canberra. Lots of ants in the kitchen hence the bug spray in the cupboard.

The location is amazing and that's where the pros stop. The apartments were very old and run down, and looked it desperate need of renovation. It was uncomfortably cold, the heater had to be kept on 28°, so that we wouldn't freeze. The ground near all of the windows felt frozen from the cold. The toilet kept running. All the dishes were dirty and needed washing before using anything. The stove wasn't hot enough to boil a pot, we had to put a pot over two burners to get it to boil. The doonas and blankets looked very old and were stained. There was also a glass dining table, where the top wasn't attached to the legs. My toddler pushed on it, causing it to come down and fall on him, injuring his foot and needing an ED visit. All in all, I would avoid this accommodation.

It was a terrible apartment. The bathroom was connected to the living room. So everyone sitting around can hear everything you are doing. The hot water system was in the closet and very loud. And it was infested with ants when we arrived. We also asked for an extra bed. And it was broken and missing slats. Tv didn't work in the bedroom.
It did have a good fridge and coffee machine

We had booked 4 nights but due to my husband being unwell only stayed 3 nights. The charming receptionist was so helpful and did not charge us for the 4th night. The apartment was clean, quiet and extremely comfortable and fully equipped. The pool was sparkling and I was able to swim laps each morning. It is a short walk to restaurants in Manuka and Kingston and a 20minute walk to restaurants on the waterfront. We highly recommend these apartments

Good place to stay, great location and the pool is good.

The rooms are very old and tired though but comfortable enough, we swapped to a ground floor unit which was a bit newer and cleaner than the top floor unit (which was dirty and smelled of cigarettes). The stairs are an issue but the staff do help with luggage.

I think the resort needs to remove the cigarette trays outside the room and make it a smoke free zone , then it won't smell like cigarettes.

The beds in our room were comfortable, and the laundry facilities are good in the room.

Stayed for two nights and would stay again. Good apartment size and had everything we needed, loved the surprise patio seating.
