Smart rooms, no issues. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Super friendly bar staff - made me feel welcome. Happy hour from 4 to 6 was appreciated. Dine in meals were well priced and well cooked sirloin with broccolini. Would eat there again. ||Overall a quiet place though, all closed up by 8pm and not much else around.

Outstanding service. The staff assisted us to our room as I was struggling with my elderly mother and our luggage. The room was nice for the two of us. Restaurant is accessible and the food was good. Drinks and dinner were reasonably priced. We took our dinner to our room I would definitely stay again.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Lovely large rooms with comfortable bed. ||Had dinner with family in the restaurant, each of us were extremely impressed with the quality of our meals! Most enjoyable all round!! Fantastic coffee too. Would stay again and highly recommend to all.

A very modern and nice hotel in Tonsley. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. We had some food from the restaurant one night which was also very nice. Our corner room was excellent with a kitchenette, dining table, lounge and separate bedroom and would be perfect for a longer stay.

This place is so fresh and new
Rooms are spacious and trendy. Not situated in a central location but close enough to hospitals and uni. Good restaurant/ bar/Cafe area. Filtered water is available on 1st floor. Maybe on others also. Great competitive prices also.

Such a Fantastic place to stay. Exceptional customer service by all staff, who are extremely helpful with any enquiry. The food is scrumptious. The rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. In quiet surroundings.

Centrally located. Spacious room. Huge comfortable bed. I liked the inclusions of a sofa and table and chairs.
Lots of power points.
Several streaming channels eg Netflix available. Strong and reliable wifi.
Modern, roomy shower room. Good quality toiletries provided. Good lighting in the room.
Blackout curtains work well.
Quiet.
I like the free water fountain near lifts. Vending machine for snacks available.
The Bar provides great coffee. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service is available.
The staff barista is very welcoming and personable.
No designated car park. Only a few spaces available on premises. Overflow car parking several minutes walk away. Bit dodgy, especially at night to be honest.

Nice and new, modern design. The bed was very comfortable; the room was clean. Had everything that was needed. Decent shower, good sized room.||Parking was tricky to find, but the staff was very helpful.||Convenient location for my purposes.
