We booked our bus tickets from Mansfield to Mt. Buller through the official website, and the process was seamless. The fares were reasonable: AUD 69 for adults and AUD 44.50 for children, which already included resort entry—great value!

The journey took just 1 hour, and the bus was comfortable and clean. Along the way, we enjoyed stunning mountain views—a perfect start to our trip! The staff were friendly and helpful, making the ride even more pleasant.

A handy bonus: There’s an all-day parking lot behind the depot, so we could leave our car without worry.

Highly recommend this service for a stress-free trip to Mt. Buller!

A lovely trip up the mountains.both drivers were lovely and negotiated the mountain with ease. We were both mobility impaired and this was very achievable. Full marks MMBL.recommend it to anybody😊

26 Apr 2024 around 330 @ mernda mcdonalds car park proceeded to do a 50 point turn and almost reverse into parked cars as well as running vehicles.

The driver swore at me repeatedly while my 2 kids aged 9 and 13 were in my car when I asked him his name and if he was coded for his coach vehicle. I did not swear at him nor threaten him, only explained to him that he was in his 60s or 70s trying to provoke a 40 year old veteran after anzac day.

Edit: you have omitted the part where your driver swore profusely at me with my 2 children in the car, secondly you did not apologise to me you stated that the driver apologised to the school. I stated on the phone that I would like the driver retrained and given a formal warning as this incident is covered under induction training therefore would be against company policy. Poor form on the response

Our party of 6 people were picked up from the BP service station on the eastern edge of Mansfield. The bus arrived on time and we experienced a pleasant and safe trip up to Mt. Buller.
We decided to leave the mountain earlier than scheduled. All it took was a quick phone call to the office and our return trip time was rescheduled.
I found the office staff and bus drivers to be very friendly and helpful.

We caught the MMBL bus from the MMBL depot up to Mt Buller this weekend just passed.
On our drive from Melbourne to Mansfield, there was a really bad car crash which delayed us and meant we couldn't arrive in time for our scheduled bus trip.
I jumped on the phone and spoke with Audrey (I think that was their name) who was very kind and understanding. They shifted us to a later bus without any issues, and even called us later on that evening to make sure we were still able to make the new time.
The bus drivers were both very nice and we felt safe on the trip up and back.
Would definitely recommend and will book in again in the future!

I recently cancelled a booking 2 months out from the booking date and they have kept 20% of the total charge which was $600. This was never communicated verbally and was only noted in badly worded small text at the bottom of the already paid invoice. Do not book unless you are 100% sure you will be using their service or even better, use Busfleet instead!

Got stuck at Mansfield having not booked a car pass while driving to Mt. Buller from Melbourne.
Got the recommendation to take Mt. Buller Bus Lines. Terribly disappointed overall after waiting for it for over 4 hours to get a seat.

- too very overpriced for a short distance
- the booking system is terribly slow and blocks seats from multiple user and the booking eventually does not go through
- i did not get a healthy or supportive response from the staff there
- the bus surprisingly and literally went empty with several passengers just looking for a to and fro seat. Wonder how is it run.

Decided to drive up the mountain as far as i was allowed. And surprisingly was allowed in. No dramas. Just go up and wait for a bit to get a car pass. You'll get it
No need to shell out hundreds of dollars
