I booked flight tickets for my older parents with Mann Travels, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When the flight schedule changed, neither the airline nor the agent informed us. Upon contacting Mann Travels to arrange assistance for my parents, I was told that someone would follow up to discuss and rebook the flights. However, no one ever called back.

After 4-5 calls and multiple email follow-ups, I am still without confirmed tickets for my parents—only five days before their departure. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with travel for older passengers who require timely information and support.

Mann Travels’ communication and customer service have been appallingly poor. I would strongly advise against booking with them if you value reliability and professionalism.
