Fantastic stay again at Manly Pacific. The new addition of Cibaria restaurant made the stay even better. Especially with manly gluten free options for pasta dishes. The service was as always excellent and our room very spacious. The ambiance and light beach fit out of rooms and common spaces is great. Of course, location is perfect too!

We had a great 3 days at this place. Right on the waterfront, block up from the main shopping mall, bars and restaurants, you don't really need a car if you are staying here. Rooms were modern and well appointed. The rooftop pool was a highlight. There was a nice lounge bar in the lobby. Access to a fully equipped gym on the property. Staff were efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay at the Manly Pacific, you cannot beat the location and we had perfect weather which made it all the more pleasant. Close to restaurants and the wharf everything is very walkable.||The hotel has gone through a refurb and they've done a great job modernising an old landmark. All the staff we engaged with were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the Lobby Bar where we had drinks and some food from from the joining restaurant Cibaria which was delicious. You have to order at the bar though which is a little odd for a 5 star hotel.||Our room itself was ok, we were in room M-40. It was underwhelming for the price point, the carpet had stains on it and all the paneling on the bathroom cabinets was chipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower, while old was fine. Air-conditioning also worked well.||Overall I'd say a good 4 star hotel based on our experience but definitely the place to stay in Manly.

This was our second stay as the first stay last year was so bad, the management team had provided a complementary stay voucher.
Booking process was horrific. Two management level staff whom I sent emails regarding this returning stay never replied back. I ended up making multiple calls to the reservations to make the booking.
This stay, all the staff that I have come across were professional, efficient and courteous. Food quality was excellent with great service. However the room was a huge let down.
The newly renovated room had a very modern feel however it was very dusty, had missing amenity, expired minibar item, many parts of ceiling were peeling off and the bathroom basin was almost completely blocked.
Biggest issue of them all was non-existing sound deadening. I understand that my particular room was an interconnecting one however we could hear everything from next door which was just a conversation, not even a loud noise, as well as other guests walking up and down the corridor.
It is not easy to have a second chance to redeem oneself these days but I think the hotel has blew the opportunity again.

A great stay here. The service at the check-in and check-out was second to none - world class and professional. The property overall was very nice. Signs of mould on the ceiling near the air con duct in our room. Location was perfect and waking to a balcony overlooking the beach is always I bonus! We will be back!

4-day 3-night stay at Standard Room with 2 queen beds, the room was pretty spacious, with plenty of room for our stuff. The shower had amazing water pressure, and we really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided by the hotel. But, gotta say, the cleanliness was just okay, found some hair and bottle lids under the furniture—housekeeping could do a better job there. The pillows and mattress were too soft for us, and housekeeping always showed up after 4 pm when we expected them around noon, thus no fresh towels after beach and pool visits, and some amenities have not restocked.

Buffet Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The dishes were not overly salty, which are good for children! But the pastries could've been fresher.

The pool had a nice view for soaking up the sun, but we find several strands of hair in it every day. Not sure if the pool was vacuuming regularly.

Overall the hotel is very good but I would expect a higher standard, especially in the cleanliness area.

We (wife & 2yr old) stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The location is awesome right on the beach front with plenty of playgrounds and places to eat to keep the little one entertained. Rooms were really nice and staff extra helpful for a few minor requests we had. Rooftop pool doesn't have much shade and the gym isn't private so it was bit crowded.

This is our second stay in an ocean terrace room at the Manly McGallery. Plenty of space for a family of 4, clean, modern and staff so welcoming. Great blackout curtains and soundproofing so even though you're in the heart of Manly, it's very relaxing and quiet. Valet parking and check-in is fast and easy. Great quality breakfast with plenty of food, staff and tables! Our terrace overlooking Manly beach was a great spot to sit, watch and relax. These 'villas' also come with extra inclusions such as valet parking, drinks and breakfast. Cannot fault the staff - everyone we encountered was friendly, polite and ready to help. We will definitely be back!
